Why do you think you were banned: I know the full reason why I was banned and I admit to doing it to which I was wrong in doing so.
Why should we unban you: I feel I should be unbanned because I have been apart of this community for nearly 2years now with I believe is a very clean record to my knowledge, never been banned and only remember a warning for a stunt jump I did when I first played on the server, I got wrongfully mistake for being banned for doing something with banks but was told they would be wiped off my record. No different to anyone else but everything I have on the server I have spent endless hours for, the money I have, guns, the jobs at Auto Exotic and Mirror Park Motors and my own shop to which I gave myself a goal for when I first started playing RPUK. I don't want to throw that away for this. I'd like to spend more hours on the server to which I please.
I also understand this ban has a 1month cool down and a permanent ban but I find it hard to be around sometimes now with me starting a new job and purchasing a house so writing an appeal I would find it hard to find the time to write this, playing this server is gives me time to relax from the real world so an unban would mean a lot and I wont be making mistakes like this again.
I admit to what I done was wrong but there was reasons for why I done so, it all started with about 5/6 Lost MC member coming into Mirror Park Motors looking to buy a vehicle for under 100k, I shown them a Enus Cognoscenti Cabrio that we were selling for 100k to which they started negotiating, after awhile of negotiating between them and myself, someone managed to steal the Cabrio who was dressed in biker like clothing while we were trying to agree on a price for said vehicle. After I noticed the car was stolen, I said to the Lost MC member that I wouldn't be able to sell them the vehicle after who I thought one of their members stole the car to which one of their members replied with 'we haven't stolen no vehicle, is it because my mate is black (who I believe was someone called Derek) and I'm scouse (who was the main intruder to the situation). I started saying in LOOC that it was poor RP as it wasn't enjoyable but to me they looked like they was looking for some sort of trouble with the way they was talking to me and with their actions, things go by and they was still demanding an apology to which I was refusing, they started to smash the shop up and burnt half of the shop with jerrycans etc, Nikki who is another worker in Mirror Park Motors tried to de escalate the situation but they came back with more poor RP and started calling her a man etc. I told them that it wasn't enjoyable to be apart of and they could tell in my tone of voice to which they wanted to get some pleasure out of and with them replying in LOOC with 'you're boring' and I'm giving poor RP. Some time goes by and I check our logs and it turned out that Jimmy another worker for Mirror Park Motors actually bought the car and was in his TFA outfit, I tried to saying to the Lost MC members that I was mistaken them for someone else who was in biker gear to which they didn't allow me to speak and that being the scouse lad who was the main intruder. Remy the owner of Mirror Park Motors tries to calm situation down by talking to them privately to which they refuse also and with about 2/3 of them coming up with the decision to say they were going to flatten me by punching me etc with mew following with a F8 and quit. I then took 5mins off the server to take a break from the situation as it did annoy me, I then come back in city to find they have left, I was never asked to come QE or never had a report up against me. I admit I am wrong in my actions and I am sorry for that but that situation wasn't enjoyable for me.
I'm more than certain with an unban I will not do something like this again and I will take things into my own hands with a talk over the situation in QE or a player report.
