Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for failure to roleplay in almost every scenario i got into in this city i look back and think why did i do what i did i had appalling language and was very discriminating toward transexual and gay people because i was so pissed off that i got robbed and i was just immature which isn't a excuse but i've matured much more i've also in the past combat logged and not roleplayed my injuries the reason i did that is because i was looking at RP more as a game. But i've changed in the last year i didn't know how to roleplay with people but now i do and i know how not roleplaying can affect the other players it ruins the experience im truly sorry to everyone whos experience i have ruined.
Why should we unban you: I look back at my actions and i'm so embarrassed that i've said some of the stuff i did i ruined a completely amazing serious roleplay experience in this past year i've been into many serious roleplay city's and servers and i've learnt now how to roleplay properly coming from TIME2, Unique, Revenant, and Orbit i see many people play RP.UK and i look back and think why did i even get myself banned on purpose from such a well written city i think i should be unbanned and give me another shot to redeem my actions because i have truly changed my roleplay experience i can roleplay properly back almost 2 years ago i didn't care about roleplay now i do and i want to create scenes and stories with other roleplayers i've seen so many amazing scenes at RP.UK that i would love to be a part of i'm sorry for my actions on 31/05/2024 it was very childish and i've grown up since then and i've completely changed my behaviour in roleplay since then all you have is my word that these actions would never happen ever again i'm a truly changed person i would love to be a part of the community and RP along with all you amazing people thank you yours sincerely Luke

Hello there @K0GL , I hope you are well.

Now, I do remember you and our conversation when I pulled you at the time. You denied all and any rulebreaks committed and stated "You are all on here because you have no life", "I don´t care if I get banned", "This server is shit anyway" and a couple more things. That and your blatant discrimination, which you also denied at the time, paint a not so pretty picture - don´t you agree?

You also ended up opening a ticket - do you at all remember what you said to the staff member there?

I do remember that clearly like i said in my appeal i was going city to city messing around because at that time i didnt care lets say i was i troll but then i actually found the art of serious roleplay and i started to grow on it very well i loved the scenes and stuff i made in many other citys i even streamed most days in serious RP servers they all just lack compared to RP.UK i am a changed person i know how all the things i said back then was very disgusting i look back at it and im unsure of why i would do that as RP.UK is such a great server the server isnt shit like i said and the blatant discrimination was just bang out of order the time ive had away from RP.UK ive realised what i did wrong and how it affected the community im here to make a change i did deny everything im unsure why like i said i used to look at RP as just some game and not serious at all now i do want to roleplay properly hopefully you can accept my apology and give me another chance as this is the best UK server out there

I do remember everything i said i said that it was my brother on my pc and i tried lying my way out of the ban which is completely childish and not good at all i admit that was all a lie just so i can play RP.UK again i was childish back then but seriously i have changed ways and i know how to RP now i hope you can understand

So all in all, you denied any rulebreak, you lied to us and behaved yourself in a more than immature manner. Why exactly would we allow you back? I´ll be honest with you, I am not convinced that you have in fact learned your lesson and are here to be a valuable member of this community.

Not only did you combat log multiple times, you broke roleplay, failed to act your injuries and threatened to report other players. Please give me a run down on the rules you broke and describe in your own words what they mean, why they are there and what you would do differently, should I decide to unban you.

Hello Sammy, thankyou for clarifying. Yes i denied any rulebreak when staff pulled me into the air and questioned me i lied and my behaviour was absurd. The reason you should allow me back is because i understand rules i understand roleplay and how roleplay should be played when i was in RPUK the first time i seen it all as a game and i could just mess around like a child i'm sorry i cannot convince you over the appeal that i am sorry and i have learnt my lesson but i can only tell you that i have learnt and it was completely out of character for me to do the thing i was doing upon being banned all you have is my word that i have changed and i can genuinely roleplay and follow the rules.

I can explain the rules i broken and how they mean.

C2.3- Combat Logging, Which is logging out on purpose to avoid roleplay scenes such as if someone is about to pocket you you ALT F4 the game and then load back in this just isn't fair at all on other roleplayers it ruins the immersive feeling of roleplay and just ruins roleplay in genuine what i could of done differently is just take the L let myself be robbed and work my way back up to try and get the items i lost just roleplay it out so it doesn't ruin everyone else's fun. This rule is hear so the roleplay doesn't get ruined by in game exploits such as combat logging as its unrealistic and just makes roleplay boring.

C1.2- Discrimination, Which is using discriminatory terms against other people which is just bang out of order everyone should be getting treated how you want to be treated roleplay is a place where everyone is welcome and everyone should be treated equal is where people can come to a world where they can be whatever they want without being judged or made fun of this rule is here so everyone can be treated fairly and equally. I would've not used any discrimination when i was roleplaying as this can upset others and just make them not want to roleplay in a city where people make fun of who and what they are instead i could've used more argumentative language that isn't offensive and is not as rude and not discrimination

G2.3- Roleplay everything, This rule is here so people know this is a serious roleplay server and any out of character actions or terms will not be tolerated as this can ruin the immersion of roleplay what i could've done differently so i didn't break this rule is roleplay my injuries and not mention reporting other players whilst in city and not instructed by a admin to speak OOC this again can just ruin the immersion of roleplay and it just feels more like a video game and not serious roleplay

G4.4- When you are downed, When injured or almost dead you still need to roleplay your injuries as EMS have a job too and they are there to roleplay not roleplaying with EMS can be very boring in a serious roleplay city where everyone wants the same thing Roleplay! In the future if i do get unbanned i will roleplay my injuries and i will follow the rules as they should be this rule is here so again roleplay is kept strong through all players.

Ive learnt alot whilst i've been away from RPUK i've grown up and grown a passion for roleplay i've learnt serious roleplay and how to even roleplay professionally in a serious RP server i hope this is enough effort and information for you to actually understand that i mean everything im saying that i want to have a fresh slate at RP.UK and start again and actually roleplay for real i really hope you can understand that i have grown past being a troll and a rude person and that i can be let have another chance so i can make some amazing scenes and roleplay in this amazingly structured server.

I appreciate the effort you have put into your appeal and I am willing to give you another shot. However, I want you to keep in mind that any ban within the next 6 months will automatically go back to a permanent ban and much harder to appeal.

Furthermore, ALL and ANY rulebreaks relating to discrimination in the future will be met with absolutely no understanding and the doors will be closed permanently.
