Reason given for your ban: Ban reason: C1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: So i was banned because i called someone a retard in ooc. The reason i did this is because he broke a rule he did not value his life when i had a knife to him. he gets in his car then continually runs me over.
He then got out the car and pulled out a pocket knife. i stab him once. and then he stabs me and i died with one hit. this got me extremely annoyed because i didnt get a clip.
So i put in ooc: " You fucking retard you should've feared your life you idiot" I then realise i did something wrong by calling him the r word. That is the reason i was banned.

Why should we unban you ?: I feel i should be unbanned because at that time i wasnt in the right mindset. I didnt mean to say what i did and i did apologise in chat but by that time it was to late because i was banned.
I have reread the rules and feel i should be unbanned. because i really enjoy the server. I had quite a good character going had got contacts in the city. on the path to becoming a fully pledged criminal.
Ive also never been warned, kicked, or banned in the past. And i think you should take that into consideration. I have no bad intent for the server and if unbanned i am intending on continuing my character story and developing it. This was just a one time slip up and wont happen again. I also understand i should've done the correct thing which is, wait for the rp sit to be over. then get a clip, and fill out a player report.
But with what happened i was filled with outrage in the circumstance. So if i am unbanned i will apologise to the person i called a "retard" and move on developing my story.

What history exactly are you saying should be taken into consideration, day 1, 2 or 3? 
You've only been here for three days.

Well, did you though? 
You were told in OOC to not use such words, you responded with "what word".
You were then told which word you should not be using, and you responded with "why not".

This doesn't strike me as 'I realized I shouldn't have said this', but rather 'I used discriminatory language, and saw nothing wrong with it'. 
Convince me otherwise.


Now - C1.2 and C1.3 are not bans we take lightly. Discriminatory language and swearing at another player out of character, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Therefore, it'd be unjust for me to allow you back after such short time - I'll ask that you appeal your ban again in one month (23/02/2022). You will not be considered for an unban prior to this date.
