Why should we unban you: I was on my way to check my container tax when i came off my bike and died instead of waiting the 15min to respawn i logged off.Over the past month i have reflected on my ban and realized i should have waited the 15mins to respawn then logged off. The reason why i logged off was due to having to leave right away. looking back on the situation i should've tried to let a staff member know ooc or open a ticket to explain the situation right away. The reason why i didn't do this was due to being in a rush. I understand that i shouldn't be logging on if i only have a short period of time to play but due to the tax on the container being due i planned on quickly checking and heading off after i checked. Im happy to answering any questions the staff may have on this situation, i hope you can see that i regret my actions and this will not happen again. Hi thank you for looking at my appeal, want to start off by saying I've been a member of this community since 2021 and have many memories on this server and although my ban history hasn't been the greatest i believe I've learnt a lot during my 4 years of playing.I understand that in 2023 i was banned for C2.3 and 2 years later i am back here appealing again for combat logging but due to not being in an active RP situation my plan was when i got back to open a ticket with a staff member and explain why i quit while being down and then either have my inventory wiped or have a staff member watch me respawn. I take full responsibility for my actions.Looking back this was the wrong way to do it as i should've tried to reach out to a staff member straight away. With this i could've discussed with the staff member the correct path to go down instead of just logging off.I believe i deserve a second chance as I've shown that when a mistake is made i learn from it.After going through the rules on the Forum page i have re educated myself on them all and fully understand how important the rules are and why they are in place, i want to prove that i have learnt and that i can stick to the rules.This was a silly mistake that could've easily been avoided.I have had a lot of fun playing this server and i hope that you can see that i still want to be a member of this community.
Oh come on Kyle, you've been here far too long to understand how to deal with such situations, especially after your first ban on this rule.
One can only stub their toe agains the same rock so many times, but it seems you've learnt from this the hard way now.
You've had a relatively clean slate since your last ban which is going to help you somewhat going forward.
Please do explain C2.3 in your own words and how you would deal with similair situations going forward.

My evening is going well thanks hope yours is too and thankyou again for taking the time to look at my appeal.
To start off I will answer you first question. Combat logging is a rule that put in place to stop people from leaving active scenarios that they don't want to be in and to gain an advantage this could be resetting a respawn timer to save items or to manipulate RP to gain an unfair advantage.
Going forward if I was to see myself in a similar position I would reach out to a staff member via discord or OOC explaining the situation I am in and if there is anything they can do to help resolve it. I would also take into account any plans I may have so that I'm not having to rush off the server.
Very well, was there any particular reason why you thought skipping messaging staff either in discord or OOC before logging out was the right course of action at the time? I understand you being in a rush but informing a member of staff would have only taken a matter of seconds no?
I take full responsibility for not messaging a staff memeber. My plan was to wait till i was back at my pc to then reslove the issue however when i was back thats when i saw i was banned. I have learnt from this and a simple message on my phone couldve resolved it all.
I honestly don't understand why you didn't do this in the first place, you know how to deal with this after having been banned for this before.
After having looked at your history it doesn't fill me with much confidence that you will be playing by the rules.
This is your 7th ban whereof your 4th permanent ban.
Quote on your previous appeal: "If was given another chance to join back the RPUK community, I would make sure there won't be any more rule violations that would force me to be writing another unban appeal, I want this to be the last ban appeal that I write and the last time you see me here."
Even though there's been a significant gap between your old bans and your current ones, at this point and time I do not believe sufficient time has passed to give you an 8th chance.
Feel free to appeal this ban from of 27/11/2025 and convince us that you mean what you write on your appeals.
