Why do you think you were banned: I was banned after I had partaken in a situation with my OCG at the time which was executed the wrong way, creating a low quality roleplay scenario and members of another gang were RDMED and and due to this I was banned.
Why should we unban you: In this situation I did not think of how our actions as a whole could affect others rp interactions, this lack of judgement is what led to me partaking and pursuing the situation further creating a very all rounded half arsed experience for people of this community.
I apologise for my actions and have regretted doing this since the moment my ban hit, When i originally looked at the report i was unsure what i had done wrong and was shocked. During my time away, I have taken the time to look over the report and the clips and ive learnt from the situation, reflecting on my actions and have realised where i had went wrong. I have also learnt that it may not always be my physical actions that can lead me down the wrong path or land me in dangerous waters but sometimes making sure im around the right people is a major part of things like this. If i were to come back id make sure i surround myself with the right groups and try to only partake in high quality roleplay situations.

With my 6 months away i have taken a nice chunky amount of it bettering myself as a person, I recently moved house and started fresh and then for the last few months i have been roleplaying to make sure my standards and interactions in scenes are high quality so that i can be alot better for not only friends and myself in roleplay but the people on the other end of the roleplay interaction. But I honestly have realised over these 6 months that this community is just one thing I really do miss and therefore I'm hoping that I can be given a chance to come back and show redemption and reunite with friends who I haven't been able to rp with for a long period of time.

If i was to be unbanned i have lots of different plans for multiple characters including Luke Gambino and Luke Richardson. These plans would include, Continuing the Gambino storyline and potentially taking it back to where it all began and then for Richardson, rejoining the police and climbing up the ranks over time.

I would like to also sincerely apologise to the staff team and any players who were involved in this low quality roleplay situation, as i know i can provide way better roleplay then this and I am devastated with myself to be back in this position on the forums and if im given the chance to come back i want to hold myself to a higher roleplay standard then i did before to make sure any experiences like the one which led me here are avoided.

Three permanent bans over four months is not a good average. Most people never get one, but you've managed three.

What's the likelihood that in two months, if you were unbanned, we'd be back here having the same chat, wondering where we went wrong? How can we trust you to stay on the straight and narrow path? Can we, genuinely?

You state you've identified where you went wrong, so where did you go wrong? What would you do differently if you could do it all over again?
You state you'll surround yourself with the right people so you don't get in trouble. Are you still easily influenced by others? Who do you believe to be the right people? Who were the wrong people?

What do you wish to do with the Gambino storyline and your cop character? Can you expand on your goals and aims for those characters?

I know the amount of previous bans i have, do not look good in the slightest and definitely do not back me up but i genuinely love this community and the people inside of it and i assure you that i will stay out of trouble. All im asking for is a final chance to prove myself and show that i can provide high quality roleplay and be a great addition to this community.

Where i went wrong, is during this situation I allowed myself to partake further into the shootout without gaining more of an understanding of what happened which made me no better then the original culprit. If i could be placed into this situation again, I would make sure that the interaction is executed to the highest standard possible. However if this is not the case i will try to remove myself from the situation, stopping myself from falling down the same rabbit hole i did before.

Before i got banned i was trying to prove myself to the other members of my gang and in doing so i did everything they said to try and achieve this. Although this was dumb at the time, i did not take a step back and look at what it was i was doing and how this could of affected me. I am no longer influenced so easily and tend to take that extra step back to look into the situation too make sure that it is right.

The wrong people at the time were various cutlass members who were trying to "teach" me the ways of their gang. In doing so i found myself falling into dangerous waters and on thin ice. Since this ban i deassociated myself from these people and plan to surround myself with the right members of this community. The right individuals of this community would include my friends of marabunta who hold themselves to a higher quality standard of roleplay and DO take the step back to look at what they are doing and if its right.

What do you wish to do with the Gambino storyline and your cop character? Can you expand on your goals and aims for those characters?

In regards to Luke Gambino, I am hoping to surround myself with the old members of the Marabunta and enjoy roleplaying like i did before. I will also be hoping to reinstate myself as one of the management at UP-N-ATOM and create and host more events in the server to promote the shop itself. With the new food update i believe my roleplay on Luke Gambino can be even better as i can even utilise the creation of custom foods and posters to create some great roleplay to people in the community.

In regards to Luke Richardson, I will be hoping that the recruitment team in the PD will allow him to rejoin and work his way back up in the police. Some of the enjoyment i had late at night with the Police in this community is something i can say i have missed alot.

I would say i am someone who enjoys the shooting side of things sometimes, but i wouldnt say that i completely have a fragging mentality no, I am actually someone who enjoys roleplay in general quite alot. With it being one of the main things ive ever owned my pc to do, I really do enjoy just casually roleplaying and like i mentioned above the food side of things. In the past Ive always enjoyed that aspect and for the longest time i attended the marlowe motels weekly/bi-weekly events to show my dedication to roleplaying with individuals of the community, This was another reason why Luke Richardson was created because i enjoyed trying something new and different aspects of RP. But to your original question yes i do enjoy the shooting side of things and fighting but its not my main thought process day to day to where i would gain the "fragging mentality" and it be my only interest here.

The events leading up to my bans most times, was just that lack of taking a step back and looking at what was happening, but like i reassure you i have learnt to take this extra step and will continue too in the future

G1.2 - Random Death Matching

G1.2 is Random Death Matching (RDM), This rule is in place to make sure that before any player is harmed there is a high quality roleplay scenario taken place prior to the attack and reasoning behind it. This rule is in place to make sure that everyone in this community is given that right to enjoy the server and partake in situations that are enjoyable for everyone. If this rule wasnt in place a lot of unneeded shootings and poor quality situations would take place and therefore this rule is in place to prevent it.

The new rule thats come in to play since my ban was placed is (G2.12) Poor Quality Roleplay, This rule is in place to better the experiences for all roleplayers in the community and to make sure that everyone holds themselves to a higher roleplay standard this rule includes but isnt limited to scenes such as: Medical Roleplay to individuals you wanna revive at lets say a dodgy doctor or even scenes of robberies and prevents the common "hands hands hands" in these scenarios as these experiences for players are not enjoyable and this new rule is here to stop that.

Okay @L100UKE, I'm willing to grant you one final chance and the opportunity to put your money where your mouth is.

If you are banned within the next 6 months, you will be placed back onto a permanent ban as per FBS, where an appeal won't be entertained for 6-12 months, minimum, with the likelihood of return to be slim to none regardless.
