In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I have been banned due to myself acting like a criminal whilst playing as a police officer - the thing that makes this wrong is due to the fact I was using my whitelisted abilities such as cuffing and searching to take items from people. I also obtained some guns from the police inventory and sold these to criminals.

Why should we unban you ?: I think that this was less justified as the roleplay that I was providing whilst doing this was poor. Over my time on the server I would like to say and hope that I have made scenarios different for many people, criminals/police/nhs and whomever my character "charles drippage" meets. I roleplay as a jokey/lighthearted character and have had numerous comments made towards me after situations stating that I have made it more cheerful and helped people enjoy the situation more.

I have been a part of a whitelisted group for over a year now and have enjoyed the time that I have spent with them, I would say since joining that my individual roleplay has improved massively, and I want to continue being able to improve my roleplay for the benefit of all parties that I meet whilst playing the server. I also want to say that the server has helped me with learning/improving my second language which is something that has also helped with my roleplay as the server is mainly a UK (playerbase).

I have taken some time since the ban that I have received one to take into account the things that I have done wrong and two to allow myself to take a break and make sure that if I were to come back to the server that I would be in a "fresh" mind set and have more unique role play experiences with other people.

I can appreciate the severity of my ban and the reasons that I have been banned and I want to state to all the people reading this that I have taken some time away to think about my actions and want to ensure that If I were to return to the community that I ensure no more mistakes/rulebreaks like this happen again, as what I have done is silly and wrong, I want to make sure that I don't hinder any one elses roleplay experience again.

I was banned at the time for the things that I have stated above but I was also banned because at the time I was failing to understand fully what I had done wrong, during the time that I have taken away from the server this has allowed me to see that what I did was take away from other peoples roleplay experience as I was acting as a criminal but using the whitelisted abilities that the police can use, in turn this means that the individuals that I was roleplaying with were not benefiting and were at a disadvantage, I believe that this ban falls under "common sense".
Looking back what I did was stupid and can completely understand the reason that I was banned.

I was also banned for selling police equipment whilst I didn't sell the largest amount of police equipment, combining this with the guns that I had taken of criminals makes it even worse, and looking back even more stupid.

If I were to return to playing the community I can say with the utmost confidence in myself that something like this will never happen again, I am a firm believer in the fact that we all make mistakes but the samething happening over and over again is no longer a mistake, I accept that what I did was wrong and can ensure that I have taken this away and realised the wrongs that I have done, If given the chance to return to the server I will make sure that this does not happen again.

I want to be able to return and make situations better for other people, provide high quality roleplay and continue progressing my "Charles Drippage" character, and I accept if I can no longer play my police character or in the police for what I have done. I appreciate anyone that has taken the time to read this,

Hello mate @Lallish

I appreciate the amount of effort that you've put into this appeal, before we get into this. The storage container that you used on this Police character, will be removed from your character if your ban is to be successful.

Furthermore, The Police on the server are supposed to act like Police. This is a Serious Roleplay server, you shouldn't make a Police character and almost instantly be corrupt. In real life, you certainly wouldn't have passed the initial training. The corruption arc should be well...an Arc in your characters Roleplay Story not an instant thing.

Selling Police Equipment as well as selling guns you've taken from criminals and or storing them in a locker for personal use down the line just isn't great Roleplay. It more looks like a 'Get rich fast scheme with no Roleplay, other than the fact that I can take guns off of people and have access to free guns from the armoury'

Tell me what your Roleplay story is going to be going forth with Charles Drippage and any other characters you may make in the future.

I completely understand that my storage container on Jonathan will be removed.

I have a plan in mind for charles drippage. He recently lost alot of his money due to car scraps and charles drippage being a gambling man, the casino can either go one of two ways, lose or lose it all.

My plan for charles is to earn the money back, Charles has lots of contacts that will be able to get me back on my feet, obtaining money through legal and illegal ways, such as selling cars and flipping them for profit. Charles also has a wide connection with the criminal underworld and accessing illegal items such as guns and narcotics is something that comes with playing the criminal character, using these as a way to make money is something that I want to do, providing good RP in the way of setting up deals, and attending the deals to purchase the guns. Charles is currently in a gang (229) and want to move up the ranks, he wants to focus more on the meetings that take place share his ideas and opinions and become more of a "higher" with in the gang.

Because charles loves to spend money, I feel this is a good way to spend and earn at the same time, making sure that there is high quality RP at every corner whether that be during the deals or setting them up, making each situation unique and constantly changing. Because of my recent alteracations with the police, charles believes that he is going to prison for a decent amount of time, charles is planning on approaching his gang members to help gather some more information, depending on the information will depend on the plans charles makes.

As for other characters I have no intention at the moment to make any more, but can ensure that if any are made they will follow the character arc and progression appropriately, and ensure that the RP I provide when playing these characters will be not be the same as I have to end up in this position.

I created a police character as for a long time I had played the criminal side of things and wanted to experience a different side of the roleplay that the server has to offer,

When doing so I found this fun and enjoyable, but unfortunately this lead to myself being banned due for the reasons above, I did not create this character with the intention to be "corrupt" it's something that followed after making the character, which again I am truly sorry for.

Like I said the reason for making this was to enjoy the server in a new light, and experience some different RP.

Your police character was technically doing the same Roleplay that your crim was doing though, no?

How long has it took for you to begin this corruption arc in your characters RP story?

What happened in your characters RP Story to resort to corruption RP so early in the LSPS?

Jonathan Dripstone initially had no plans of being corrupt, as he was going through his ODP he followed all police rules and wanted to become a police officer who had respect in the city. Whilst going on a patrol alone as a probationary officer Jonathan stumbled upon a pistol, which he couldn't resist to take. Not necessarily to sell it, but to have for himself if he got fired and was out for revenge. Some time after Jonathan had stored this gun in his tornado, he was out on another patrol alone when he got kidnapped by the coalition. The coalition asked Jonathan if he could be corrupt for them and knowing that they had guns, Jonathan said yes and said he had a gun in his car boot that he could give them. Jonathan's corruption began here and I'm not too sure how long Jonathan had been an officer at this time. 

After Jonathan's corruption began he was sleeping a lot so after a while he got fired from the police force for inactivity and from here Jonathan lost motivation for the force but decided to apply one more time to be corrupt as that was his kind of “revenge” to the police force. 

Of course, this shouldn't have made my rp worse but unfortunately it did, and therefore I am sorry to all the people who I provided bad roleplay to.

I can see that you are owning what you did wrong, just to note that the blacklist from the Police can only be appealed by SL/Management in a ticket down the line if you wish to do so. The container that you owned on your Police Character will also be wiped and removed from that characters possession.

Any bans within a 6 month period will be a permanent due to Fair Ban System.
