Why should we unban you: Good morning Admin,
I logged a ban appeal last night, but I don't know why I was banned. I was notified later that it was for combat logging. I took a break from the City for about a year or so, and I don't recall breaking this rule, to be honest. I've never intentionally committed this infraction. May I request footage of the incident and the ticket logged against me?
I live in South Africa, and power outages were a big issue back then. It's possible my PC switched off unexpectedly due to a power outage. I understand that combat logging is against the rules, and I'm truly sorry if I committed this infraction.
If there's any evidence, video footage, or a ticket related to the incident, I'd appreciate it if I could see it. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.
