Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for not giving enough roleplay before attacking another player, which falls under G1.2: Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. I completely understand how serious this rule is and why it’s important to keep the roleplay fair and enjoyable for everyone.
Why should we unban you: Hello Staff,

Thank you to which ever staff member takes the time to read this.

I am appealing to be unbanned from the server for which i was banned due to RDM this was my ban that would get me a permanent ban from the server, to which i appealed the ban last November and got denied due to the numerous bans in a short period of time (2 months).
I now completely understand that my actions during this time were extremely wrong and impacted the server in a negative manner.

In the past 6 months, I have took into consideration on my actions and why they where completely and extremely wrong. I have a much better idea of what good and bad roleplay looks like and how when bad roleplay happens like rule breaking it can affect others experience and their time within the server, IF I am given another chance to return to the server I will comeback as a more sensible and subservient individual.

All I'm asking is that I receive another chance to demonstrate that I have changed the way i Roleplay and handle different scenarios and to show how I've learned from my actions.

Thank you to which ever Staff member takes the time to go over my appeal.
I am also willing to accept any conditions or terms you may see fit to give me for another chance.

Looking at your history, it certainly was a downward spiral - a quick one, too.

What do you think led to such a quick succession of bans?
You state you have a better idea of what constitutes good and bad roleplay; describe it to me. What are the differences?
If you were to return, what would you do? What are your aims and goals? Run me through it all.

It was the people I was surrounding my self with, I was in the gang Chippiones who where known for getting banned I'd say.
So because I was in that gang I was always doing stupid stuff, and at the time we where at war with NSC and every night there was always someone getting called into QE and always someone getting reported, and I think at some point admins where going to stop the war due to the amount of reports and people getting banned and the rules getting broken.
But I can't blame it all on me being in the gang because I could've left the gang etc but I never, there was 1 or 2 bans that where just down to me being really stupid and immature and I have learned from them mistakes and all of the mistakes I made that lead to me getting banned.

Good Roleplay consists of the respect for other players, making every situation you are engaged in enjoyable for everyone, make sure every scene is as real as possible i.e. if you've been shot in the head don't talk, if you have a serious stab wound roleplay it out as if you've actually been stabbed, if you are being pulled over by the police or stopped by the police in the street be cooperative don't start rdming, vdming or Cop baiting.

Bad Roleplay consists of Breaking Character mid scene or at any point while in the server, being able to be in the RP server and use the server as a way of trolling/grief others, characterizing yourself as someone who is flawless, invincible, or never in any wrong doing and also acting out if a situation doesn't go your way.

If you were to return, what would you do? What are your aims and goals? Run me through it all.

IF I do indeed get back into the server my character would be looking to make changes to his life style, the old Lewis Rock also known as Raskan was a hobo lets put it nice and simple, all he wanted to do was steal, beg for money or get arrested. The new Lewis Rock would be looking to change his life around start getting money moving for him, I would be looking to get a job somewhere save a lot of money up and possibly buy into or buy a business of my own. I would live a life free of crime and would be aiming to try make change within the community.
One of my main goals would be to get my record cleared if possible and pay off all my parking tickets so I am no longer in debt. Also just live a nice life help people out if need be.
Another goal would be if I seen a new player within the server i wouldn't neglect them I would be nice try help them out help them get to grips with the roleplay experience.

I'm not convinced by your answers that you've changed, however I am willing to take a chance on you, but that comes with some rather harsh stipulations.

• If you catch another ban within 6 months of the unban, you will be placed back on a permanent ban with a 3 month cooldown to appeal as per FBS
