Why do you think you were banned: G3.1 - Using discord and not communicating in game.

This was done unintentionally and not for an advantage or anything. Just kept the call going on to long. No excuses though.

I was on way back from shops and called in a discord call to see if my mates wanted to play some RP. I got back logged into the server but left the call i.e head set to put my food on. When i came back to the discord call, we was on a roof with admin. Wasn't there for most of the conversation but when i came back and said YO YO that was when i knew i was on the roof was asked are you in a call and got banned. I do have FND , functional neurological disorder which is a brain issue to help me get my mate to help me do this form, when i do log on sometime if i have had a bad day or exhausting day my mates sometimes my mates help me to get all set up ready this isn't all the time normally if I'm struggling that day really apricate you time thank you
Why should we unban you: I've been a part of RPUK on and off for many years now. I offered a safari service with loads of people enjoying the fun times we brought to the community. I undertstand the rule I broke and can assure you that it wasn't a regular occurrence and it wont happen again. I'm excited to come back to the community providing the ban appeal is accepeted.

Can you walk me through what led up to your ban for metagaming and what actions were taken by you and your friend prior to staff pulling you to the roof?

So i can tell you exactly what happend no problem ' so i was on my way bacl from shop/work ' rang my mate to see if he wanted to play a game ' i rang on discord on my phone ' got out of thw call loghed into my pc whenni got home ' logged into the city ' i was dead ' pressed the wait for emergancy servacixes went to the kitchen rang on my phonw when i was making food in the kitchen ' told my mate ill ring you when im can im the city put the phone bacl on the sode when into the front room and re rang im the pc saw i was on a roof ' asked whats goijg on and then the man asked are you in a discord call i said yeah just got on from being busy then got the ban about 1 hour later after got revived and stuff with obs we wansted in a call then 1 hour later and kicked from the city again i do aploigize so the man who would know what happed in the call i can give you his name as i wasnt present with any of the conversation bar what i was aksked when i got back i do apoligise agaim wasnt for any advatange was for difficltlys i was having with i couldnt figure out so all was sorted after my mates helped me with the issue and thankfully was sorted agaim so apoligsise

But you did gain an advantage though didn't you? What was the reason you was pulled onto the roof and how did staff know you was on a call using OOC Information to influance roleplay in city?

Yes tottaly agree i left the call on way to long i should of adreesed the problem there and then amd got of the call 100 percent i left it on to long

You keep saying the issue was the call was ended too late? I don't think you understand the rule you've broken and I don't think you're being honest.

To me it doesn't make sense because if you were simply in a call and didn't use OOC Information in-game you wouldn't have been pulled alongside your friend. More happened and you're not being truthful about it.

Could you answer the following in detail:

• In your own words can you explain (G3.1) OOC Information and why we have this rule in place.
• What advantage did you gain by being in that call that got you this ban?

So im a bit confused my character was in game i wasnt with my pc' the reson i agree i was in the call to long was beacsues ei should of left the call aftwr my issue was sorted rather than stay in the call and go away from my pc that why i said there was on intentanal gain because there was nothing going on ' i cam back to my pc and put my head set on when we was put on a roof in the car with my two friends maybe im getting confused with what your asking again i have the reson (fnd ) so i might be getting confused here ' so rang before i got home to see if wanted to pplay ' got home ' was having pc issues logged in mic not working dueo crashing figured out was invidia broudcast interfering sortwd problem ' thats when i should of got out the call but i didnt i left the pc' went to sort out wjat i was doing in kitchen ' was sorting out that so was gone came back after sorting hot food and hob on came back and was om the roof with my two friends in the car they obs picked me up so i was dead in the car ' came back to them all talking all i was left with was i asked whats going on wtf were om a roof ' was a admin i got back to im going to have to have a chat with you about being in a call i never got spoke to both my firends did but i just got a ban i got banned 2 hpurs after or so and my friend got a warning

G3.1) OOC so if you streaming or.like twitching or amything ahowing somthing that goves you a avantage in game Its so it keep everytign fair and relistic

Ive asked the pesron who was in the car and he saod it was becausw we was im the call why we got banned meta gamimg as again i wasnt there for the convestaion he plays regualy in rolplay uk as a police ' just spoke to him

AT that point i spemt alot of mpney om a new with a 14900k terned out to be interbility issues with the chip point is the crashing cause all sorts of issues with games now and new pc with amd hence why now just apealing the ban as lc before no chance if that makes sense

Yeah they took me to the hospital ' yeah but the man in the car who picked me up he knew were i was from night before as i logged out when i was dead but i did message in the newpaper to say that i really couldnt wait in game it was 3 am and as you know had to be up for obs resons but reasom why i was dead was bwcausw were i waa habing crashes and all my pocket would work couldnt eat and on way to get out i died from starvation logged in and out proir to try fix it but it woulsnt work my mate said let me take ypu to the hospiatl now i saod i cant were do it tomrrow whwn im back home due to pc just being unplayable would of tsken just alot of time amd the day light was coming ' so when got in was a alot of work trying to fix all my glitches but yeah got that resolvea when came back but yeah once that was sorted should of got out the call ' after the hospital nothing just carried on with trying to get keys cut i with groupe 6 dribing my subaru then got the kick ban
