I’ve taken the full duration of my ban to reflect on the situation, the decision made, and the concerns raised by the community and staff. While I still respectfully disagree with the conclusion that I violated codes G4.3 and G3.1, I understand that my actions were interpreted in a way that caused issues within the server.

I want to acknowledge that the staff acted based on the information they had at the time, and I accept the consequences that were given. During this time away, I’ve had the opportunity to look at things from a broader perspective, and I’ve used that time to improve how I conduct myself in online communities.

One of the key reasons I’m appealing now is that no clear or direct evidence was ever shown to me confirming that I personally committed the violations listed. Because of that, I continue to believe the ban may have been based on misunderstanding or hearsay. However, I’m not here to argue or challenge staff decisions I’m here to show that I’ve learned, I’ve reflected, and I’m willing to move forward in a better way.

I’ve spent time in other communities during this period, and I can say honestly and openly that this server stands out as one of the best in terms of structure, transparency, and community. That’s exactly why I want to return. I enjoyed being part of this community and would like the opportunity to prove that I can be a positive and respectful member going forward.

I’m asking for an unban not out of entitlement, but because I believe in fairness, growth, and second chances. I’m prepared to follow all server rules to the highest standard, avoid any behaviour that could be misinterpreted, and rebuild trust with both staff and players not only this but taking the ban from the server with difficult because it was a main focus of my content on stream eg twitch at the time not only shutting down a chapter of my character but completely obliterating any form of content I was making at the time nevertheless I considered the situation done now and hopefully we can move forward.

You seemed to be missing some rule breaks, I shall remind you of all the rule breaks G4.3, G3.1, G1.2, G2.12, C6.2.

You had also relied to the report and had the chance to add more context to the situation so staff was also acting on what had been provided by everyone and this includes yourself.

While I still respectfully disagree with the conclusion that I violated codes G4.3 and G3.1
