Why do you think you were banned: I was given a day ban for RDM and then it turned into a permanent ban for calling the 2 staff members Drex and Harry ''Idiots''.
Why should we unban you: Thank you for taking time out of your day to look over this appeal and will be nothing but honest in this appeal.
Firstly I would like to say I could of handled the situation better both in Roleplay and in Ts but coming to the reason why I'm here in the first place is me and a couple mates was out doing the new sanitation job when we where randomly rammed. I assumed that this was a new player in the server that had no intention of rping with us and targeted our bin truck to troll/RDM us. in this situation, i felt like i had to engage in combat which led me into a day ban. I know that I could and should have done better. I think everyone can relate to this type of player ruining your experience on the server. Again, things happened very fast and I allowed my rp to slip because of my assumption that the player I was dealing with had no intention to rp. In hindsight, I didn't consider that the player could have been having issues with their PC or desync but from my pov it felt like he aimed for us and that the ramming was intentional.
I felt like the 1 day ban wasn't really justified since in my opinion there was nothing random about me killing the guy who rammed us since he rammed us first. I went to TeamSpeak where I was assisted by Drex and Harry (Staff) where wanted to explain the situation and why it wasn't fair for me to get the day ban over the situation that has happened and tried to resolve this issue. I felt like they were being rude towards me when I was trying to explain myself and the ban I had just received and I lost my cool in TeamSpeak where I called Drex and Harry ''Idiots''. This was out of order and shouldn't have said it and was something that was said in the heat of the moment which i regret.
I feel like I should get unbanned because I've been on this server for over a year and a half and have only been banned once at the start because I was new to the whole roleplaying thing. Ever since then, to my knowledge, I've never been known as someone who causes issues in the community and this is also the reasons why I want to come back and continue my rp journey on Gus.
