I am writing this appeal to respectfully request a review of my ban issued under rule G2.9 Transferring Items. This is my first ban on GTA RP UK, and I would like to sincerely apologize for my actions and for breaking the server rules.
The item transfer in question was between my own two characters. At the time, I genuinely did not view this as a serious violation and believed it was acceptable. I now fully understand that this was a mistake on my part. Regardless of intent, I accept that transferring items between characters—even if they are both mine, goes against the rules and undermines character progression and server balance.
I want to make it very clear that there was no malicious intent, no attempt to exploit the server, and no desire to gain an unfair advantage over other players. However, I recognize that intent does not outweigh impact, and my actions still violated G2.9. I take full responsibility for that.
Why should we unban you: This is my first ban, I hope the staff can take into account that I have otherwise played on the server without issues and have always aimed to engage in fair, immersive roleplay. This situation has been a genuine learning experience, and it has made me far more aware of how important strict rule adherence is for maintaining the quality of the server.
Since receiving the ban, I have taken the time to thoroughly re-read the rules, specifically those regarding item transfers, multiple characters, and economy integrity. I now clearly understand that each character must remain fully independent, and that no items, money, or advantages should ever be shared between them under any circumstances.
GTA RP UK is a server I genuinely enjoy and respect. The roleplay standards, community, and staff effort are the main reasons I chose to play here. Being banned, especially on my first offense, has made me realize how much I value being part of this community, and I truly regret making a decision that put that at risk.
If I were given another chance, I can confidently say that this situation would not happen again. I would return with a stronger understanding of the rules, a more cautious mindset, and a clear focus on fair roleplay. I am more than willing to accept any warnings, restrictions, or conditions you feel are appropriate, and I am committed to proving that I can continue playing on the server without further issues.
