Why do you think you were banned: I Understand my ban was issued under rule G2.9 Transferring Items, it is my first and last ban on GTA RP UK with nothing of the sort to happen again, and I would like to greatly apologize for my actions and for breaking the server rules.
I picked some items up that my other character had dropped on the floor near his house. The transfer was between my own two characters. At the time, I genuinely did not view this as a serious violation and believed it was acceptable which really was not common sense and I don't know why I did it. I now fully understand that this was a mistake down to myself. Regardless of intent, I accept and understand that transferring items between characters, goes against the rules and screws with character progression and server balance.
Why should we unban you: I believe I should be unbanned because, I take full responsibility for the reason of the ban. And I Can reverse The issue, unless I need staff help doing that.

This is my first ban, I hope you guys can take that into consideration, I have otherwise played on the server without issues and have always aimed to engage in the best Roleplay I can. This situation has been a real learning curve, and it has made me much more aware of how important any strict rule is to be abided by.
Since receiving the ban, I have taken the time to re-read the rules a few times so all is clear, specifically those regarding item transfers or anything related. I now clearly understand that each character must remain fully SOLO and that no items or money or advantages should ever be shared between them under any conditions...…..
RP UK is a server I genuinely enjoy and respect and love to be involved with. The roleplay standards, community, and staff effort are the main reasons I chose to play here.
Being banned, especially on my first offense, has made me realize how much I value being part of this community, and I truly regret making a decision that put that at risk. And it is that old saying, you don't realise till its gone. and this has done my head in so no matter what I would never get myself in such a situation again.
And if I was given another chance to be the better person, I would return with a wiser and stronger understanding of the rules of RPUK with a much more cautious mindset, to focus on RPing and having a great time with the community and a clear head on fair roleplay. I am more than willing to accept any warnings, restrictions, or conditions you feel are appropriate, and I am committed to proving that I can continue playing on the server without further issues. Lewis would return more chiselled then ever. And Josh would return to his day job.

I really do apologize for any of the hassle I've caused, I'm really not great with this side of things and I appreciate the work you do to keep GTA RP UK fair and enjoyable for everyone. Regardless of the final decision, I respect the staff’s judgment. I do hope we can resolve this.
