Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned for violating server rules. I ran another players over with my vehicle without proper roleplay buildup or a valid RP reason. At the time I didn’t fully understand how serious that rule was, and I now realize it was the wrong decision and broke server guidelines.
Why should we unban you: I am a new player to the server and made a mistake due to lack of experience, but I take full responsibility for my actions. I am truly sorry for what I did and for breaking the rules. I wasn’t trying to ruin anyone’s roleplay experience and it was a poor judgment call in the moment. I have since reviewed the server rules to better understand VDM and proper RP. If given another chance, I will follow all rules and be a positive member of the community.

Yes, I did speak to staff shortly before, and I understand now that I still made the wrong decision afterward. As a new player I didn’t fully process how serious the rule was in the moment, but that’s on me. I’m not trying to make excuses. I take full responsibility and I’m genuinely sorry for breaking the rules. I’ve learned from it and it won’t happen again.

The ban is going to remain in place at this time, you stated that you “didn’t fully understand” the rule; however, you had spoken with staff shortly before which makes it very clear that you were aware of the rule at the time.

The fact that you left that out in your initial response makes it very clear that you are trying to undermine the situation.

You may re-appeal in 2 weeks (12/02/2026), so you have time to think about your actions.
