Reason given for your ban: On suspicion and then upgraded to c1.7
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: First of all, i woke up and saw that i got banned and the reason said speak to staff on ts, so i went and a staff said do you remember 190k i said no, he then said im lying and said i really dont remember 190k. He then stated a day and time..., to which i did not remember 190k. he than again said i am lying and told me to leave and think about it. Following this, i asked around on external applications and found out that it was when i was in the casino gambling with friends and a friend whos been in the city for a couple of days, asked for 190k loan which i gave via bank transfer to buy a house since houses were available that day. The next day i went back on to ts to speak to the same staff but instead spoke to Deathstroke who was confused on why i got banned and was understanding of my situation and wrote notes to the staff who banned me, he also informed me that the person i gave money to was exploiting, and told me that i am not banned under a section but on suspicion which i can understand from their point of view. later i spoke to danv who was also confused on why i got banned and told me that he doesn't want to be in the middle of me and the staff who banned me initially, so i had to wait for him. The day after, i spoke to the staff who banned me again and said that he will discuss my situation with others and will get back to me whilst still being banned. Today he messaged me saying this....
('Your ban has been upgraded to a C1.7 Ban therefore the ban will remain in place."
So i am currently banned under this section.
Why should we unban you ?: You should unban me because i have nothing to do with this person who i gave the 190k to, i know about the rule of character growth rule G5.7 however i did not give him a million or close to being a million, i only gave him 190k to buy the house. Additionally, i did not know he was exploiting until Deathstroke informed me of it. However, i apologize for giving him money. and will not bank transfer nor give anyone money ever again since this whole situation cause me a lot of stress. I apologize to deathstroke and dan for getting in the middle of this but I thank you for trying to help me. You can tell i am very serious about the rules of this server i have never broken any rules since my last ban back in march. Also, i really enjoy playing on this server i have made a lot of friends and the experience is amazing. I really do hope you forgive me and unban me please.
