Why should we unban you ?: If we want my side of the story, I had to go. As I unlocked my Taxi to leave the Casino I was pushed out of the way and they got into my taxi and drove away without any RP at all. All that was heard was a faint laughter as he drove away. I found my taxi and tried wrecking it so the Police could arrive and arrest them. The police did not come. I stayed in the safety of my Vehicle because they had knives and then when the Police did not show up I said I do not have time for this and started to walk away. As can be seen in the clip, When then stabbed in the back I was not enthusiatic and really had to go at this point so I waited until they had gone away which as can be seen in the clip they were watching from the street and there was no interration with me at all. I waited for a good minute before really having to go and I could not afford to wait the full timer. The Interaction was over and they were just waiting for me to bleed out which is literally what I was going to do when I got back into the server today to attend my work before finding out I had been Perma banned (?) for Combat Logging (?). I was not being shot, stabbed or interacting with anyone so this is not combat logging and they had nothing to gain as everything was already taken.

I would rather have this taken to Teamspeak instead of this outcome, I have been a Member of the community for around 3 Years and I don't expect to get banned like this.

Good morning @Oliver Sedgers, I hope all is well.

As stated by yourself, you have been a part of this community for over 3 years so you yourself would be more than familiar with the combat logging rule and should know that logging out whilst downed falls under this rule.
At the time of your combat log, there were still players around you whom witnessed this too and there could have been more potential RP involved even though you were downed but due to you logging out, this was not possible.

You logged out less than a minute after being downed, and did not attempt to reach out in OOC or via staff tickets to let anybody know you needed to leave the situation. 
Again, after having been here for 3 years you should be more than aware that if you need to leave then you must attempt to make people aware via OOC methods to prevent this.

Combat logging bans come with an automatic 1 month cooldown, this means you will be welcomed to appeal this ban on 13/09/23
