Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for combat logging during a shootout with the police
Why should we unban you: Hey guys, I sincerely regret my actions that look place a month ago and the negative impact it had on the roleplay situation not only for myself but for the other parties involved. That was the first time I have ever let my emotions get the better of me and it was a genuine mistake, I didn't intend to not be able to continue the rp sit, this is also not a reflection of my intentions within the community.

Since my ban I have had a lot of free time to touch some grass and work on myself. I also now know the proper procedures to inform the staff team when something like this happens in the future, evidently in the past I have never gone through this procedure and just gone about my day. It was brought up in the ticket I made when I was banned that I wasn't banned previously due to making a ticket the next day and informing the staff team about the officer dealing with me not wanting to continue the situation, I made this ticket due to the specific officer reaching out to me and therefore I was able to contact him directly about how he wants to move forward. The ticket with the information from the day I was banned and the evidence that I have provided is named closed-3407 (with withdrawing a name and map to not dox myself ).

I have been playing this server since December 2020 and this is my first perma ban so I don't really know how to usually write one of these. Losing the ability to play has also been difficult due to a lot of my friends playing daily and not being able to join in. If given a second chance I will make sure to go through the correct procedures in the future, even if I specifically don't know who is involved I now know to inform the staff team immediately if anything has occurred or disrupted the roleplay experience. And even though I don't have the time to play as much anymore, the time that I do have I wish to spend on rpuk surrounded by its community.

I fully accept responsibility for my actions and hope that you can see that this was a one off lapse of emotions, instead of a continuous pattern. Thank you for taking the time to read this and hope you have a nice day

As mentioned by yourself, you've been here since 2020. Personally, I do find it extremely hard to believe that you're unaware of the procedures, you would know to open a ticket if disconnected mid RP situation to avoid the ban.

This is your 5th ban now, and the only permanent one you've received.
You say you've been able to work on yourself since being banned, what I'd need to know is, if I was to allow you back onto RPUK, how can you assure me that you won't just act out of anger again if something doesn't go your way and combat log.

You may be fine for a bit, but what happens if you begin playing for so long again and forget about this ban?

Yes I have been here since 2020, but I can't recall a time where I have actually made a ticket for this situation before, hence why this has been quite the learning experience. I just thought I would go on about my day as usual and if anything pops up then I would have evidence to back it up and log back in the morning when I was able to again to bleed out, which is what I was trying to do but came across the ban screen when doing so.

This has been the first time in my life that I have acted out of anger in that way over a game and is very uncharacteristic for me . As stated above I didn't even mean for it to happen. It was just built up emotions and when it came to it with the way police starting shooting at us first when we were trying to comply, this just left a sour taste for me during the situation causing myself to act out physically. When I usually go down to police I try to rp instead for just the classic "/me no pulse", and I hope to keep improving my roleplay so that its fair and fun for all sides.

I doubt I would forget about this ban tbh . First time it has happened and I've been waiting for the day to be able to appeal.

I assure you this will never happen again and if I have any issues reconnecting to the server I know to open a ticket straight away to inform the staff team.
