Why do you think you were banned: About 3 Years ago while playing got into a bad RP scenario late at night that lead to me logging, while being rammed down a motorway.
The Scene was to the best of my recollection after an accident while in my taxi that involved a RTC, a small argument ensued and then my taxi was constantly being rammed by people on motorcycles. Eventually they switched to cars then a larger vehicle with the intention of ramming me into a fuel pump (this happened starting at the small road by casino then onto the motorway) During this time i alt tabbed out and was making a report, then due to the time of night on a work night, plus the frustration at a very poor scene i Combat logged.
According to my last appeal i also lied to staff but dont remember this at all. I dont deny that i did just cannot recall it, due to the time since the incident.
Why should we unban you: Prior to this incident i had no issues on the server and generally partake in peaceful RP. I appreciate that i broke the rules of the server due to my frustration at the time but also understand that this can compromise the integrity of the RP for all involved.
As mentioned above i dont remember lying to staff but if i did i will hold my hands up in that regard. Due to the time between the incident and now i cant comment on what happened with that as i dont remember it like i do the original incident.
I did not do this to avoid consequences, it was purely frustration and timing that lead to this happening, I made a split-second decision out of frustration, which I now realize was completely wrong and unfair to others, i know i shouldn't have done so but we all make mistakes at the time and have decided if allowed to come back after spending 2-3 years away from the server.
My intentions if i return is to reapply to become a solicitor, due to as i previously stated prefer the more peaceful RP and more of a debate and vocalising style of RP than the Run & Gun/ High Speed pursuit style that others may prefer.

Honestly can never guarantee it, dont think anyone can, but i can do my best to make sure it doesnt happen again. Hopefully i wont be in a situation like that again. If i was id let the situation play out and then raise the ticket afterwards

Re-reading that it sounds worse than intended but id rather be honest than just do what some people might do of say the things you want to hear to placate people just to get the unban

So run me through your mindset back in the day - why did this situation turn out the way it did? What would you do differently this time around and most importantly, why come back now - over 2 years later?

Il start with the second part, I go through stages of enjoying GTA RP as one of my options of what i can play that is not competitive gaming, having spent 11 years playing competitive mobas, i flit between different games and genres when i need breaks, Specifically RP UK, was a decent server for the most part, with interesting situations and less of the "E-Thug" attitudes that alot of servers have and less of people feeling like they need to win a situation for it to be fun. (which is what i like im not someone who cares about dieing etc. i just want a good story/scene)
The reason it turned out the way it did (again working off 2 year old memories and dont have the clips anymore so please bare with me if i get details wrong) the situation was late at night on a work day, was literally on my way back to the taxi drop off spot to get off for the night. A traffic collision happened, general back and forth attempting to apologise etc in rp, but the other person wasnt interested and it lead to some VERY poor RP from both sides (i could have done better and hold my hands up). I honestly didnt worry about dieing etc. i was just frustrated and bored of the whole situation, it wasnt RP it was something id expect to see in GTA online. So combination of the frustration and the timing i left.
What id do differently, i dont tend to paly games late into the night anymore on workdays, so the timing aspect wouldnt be an issue. Secondly id just let it play out and if i felt the RP was poor/Rulebreaking clip and deal with that after the situation (Going forward i intend to have OBS recording or streaming at all times in the server)
