Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned for calling "Duncan" - in city name a "knobhead" in the QE room in discord. this all stemmed from a beef in city. him and his people pulled up questionably in Benny's and it all went south.
Why should we unban you: I was in a mood IRL because of some happenings at that time so that just topped it off for me and I did things I should not have done/said. but I am NOT here to make up excuses and take full accountability for my actions.

I also apologize for Lying in the discord about a pc crash, that was out of order. I couldn't imagine a ban at that time as I was too engrossed in the city and was really enjoying it.

I also apologize for texting a staff member about my unban appeal, I did not see and read that rule and would not have done that if I knew.

After a long break from the city and pc in general, I feel refreshed and have realized that doing things I should not do and saying things I should not say only ends in one way, the bad way.

After a long break in which feels like forever, I feel refreshed and ready to game. This break from the game and PC in general gas really made me realize how bad I screwed up. One petty argument/scene and I blew it out of proportion.

I only really play 5M and have only ever enjoyed rp.uk. I don’t think I will find another city quite like it. I miss it.

All I can do is apologise for my actions and hope for the best.

given the ban and my break from pc, I have had a lot of time to reflect on my actions. being banned has really made me realize how bad i screwed up, i miss the city and all i have been wanting to do is play it. in the event i got unbanned i would never step out of line again as i now know how it feels to be banned and the fun i am missing out on.

All i can do is hope that you trust me, and let me prove my word.

Let´s lay it out here for a minute - You combat logged intentionally, lied in the liaison and to staff about it and resorted to insulting other members of the community - So you basically threw your toys out the pram like a pre-schooler that didn´t get his favourite dessert.

Is your temper something you struggle with in general? I´ll be honest with you, it´s already hard enough to keep people reasonable and acting like adults as is, I don´t feel like adding someone back into the mix that blows their lid and lies to us when they feel like it.

Please explain to me in detail and your own words what rules you were banned for (C1.3 and C2.3), why they are in place and what the consequences would be if they were not.

I agree, 1 months is not that long but it is long enough for me to have had a long hard think about what i have done. I do not usually have a bad temperament and hate lying to people. i am usually very mellow, prefer to go around things the easy laid back way and it takes alot for me to lose my temper and or crash out. i had some IRL issues at the time, my anger was building up for a while and like an idiot, joined the city. Playing whilst angry/upset is something i should never have done, i should have taken a walk or done something else.

an in city beef resumed and there was an interaction at AE, i was in no mood for trouble as i was sat back chilling, a scene happened, i lost my temper, alt F4d like an idiot and was called into QE. I then realised how serious my action was and tried anything to avoid a ban, i was loving the city as i had been playing for around 3-4 months every day and couldn`t imagine missing out. I was in no talking mood and very angry at the time, i lied and resorted to "pc issues" or something along those lines, i wanted to leave the QE and go to sleep but i kept getting questioned, eventually i had had enough and said something along the lines of "ill see you in city you knobhead" to another member of the community, a stupid move i wish id never have done

in my own words: rule c1.3 states that no verbal abuse OOC or any other form of harrasment will be tolerated, without this rule the community would be very toxic and there would be non stop issues,

rule c2.3 states that combat logging is classed as an exploit, under no circumstance should it be done, no matter the loss of items. NEVER combat log. without this rule in place, the city would not thrive. anybody and everybody would just leave as soon as trouble arrives, how would criminals make money? how would the police catch said criminals? the city would not be as highly ranked if this rule was not in place.

My actions were indeed very immature, i never act that way, i might be energetic at times and have alot of interactions but i never act immature and usually know how far is too far. I am one to own up for my wrongdoings and tell the truth, which i have done to the best of my ability.

I apologise again and would really appreciate a second chance but will fully understand any outcome

However, I need you to understand that any ban within the next 6 months will land you right back here and much harder to appeal, so I suggest you have a proper read over the rules and keep to them.
