Why do you think you were banned: For being a bad influence to the server i broke multiple rules C2.3 Combat logging / PEGI Being underaged / C6.2 Abuse towards staff
Why should we unban you: Around 2 years ago now I was banned for C2.3 I believe it was because i combat logged during active scene i was involved in at the prison.

When making a ban appeal for this C2.3 ban I was told that I would have to wait until 27/07/2023 to re appeal due to the amount of bans I have,

Then when making an appeal on 27/07/2023 my ban was denied due to lack of effort and upgraded to PEGI and was told to re appeal with more effort,

Then when re appealing it was denied and I was told to re appeal again on 03.12.2023 and this resulted in a whole year of making ban appeals as I did not appeal until 18.2.2024.

Now as for the actual combat log I spoke to the person involved and explained that I thought the scene was over and when they explained their point of view I understood more of why I was banned for combat logging, I am extremely sorry for the way I acted during the time of my ban as before I found out that the ban was upgraded to PEGI I treated the person involved horribly and typed abuse at them in the discord chat and I know its not acceptable to act like this I'm completely aware and I genuinely cannot believe I did act this way its very embarrassing and all I can say is sorry.

As for the PEGI ban and the C6.2

So at the time of my ban being upgraded to PEGI witch was July 27th 2023 I was 16 years old turning 17 that year and had lied to staff about my age to try get unbanned, but yet again this only made things worse and to be honest I don't think the staff member I told was having any of it in the first place and they knew I was lying but they still told me to wait until the date I told them I turn 18 to appeal.
(This was inside a discord ticket so it wont show on the forums)

Then when the time come to appeal on Feb 18th 2024 I'm sure without going to read that appeal you could probably guess what a disaster it was I made a absolute joke of myself and quite frankly thinking back to what happened in that call when being questioned by Danoo and one other staff member about my age it is possibly one of the most embarrassing situations I have been involved in I was caught out more than once and when I panicked and realised that I messed up I decided to throw a tantrum and say "F*ck you" before leaving the call.

Now that It has been 1 year and a couple months since that appeal and it has almost been 3 year since not being on the fivem server I look back at all the appeals all the rules I broke and its all just embarrassing I'm surprised I even lasted as long as I did I mean this is my record within 10 months of being on the server.

[Ban] 27.12.2022 - Combat Log, PEGI. (Perm)

But that just goes to show that you care about the community and will always take both sides into account and I'm sorry that I abused this fact more than once and to be honest I don't blame the staff for denying my appeals over and over again.

Since being banned I have been in their position I have been staff in a 18+ server and have had to deny appeals due to PEGI witch is ironic because I am now someone appealing a PEGI ban I completely understand the decision for my ban it was just and fair and at the time i couldn't accept that but now I can.

I'm extremely sorry to Danoo and the other staff member for the way I treated them it was just a reaction to being caught out and was not meant in the manor it sounded.

since my ban in 2022 I have turned 18 all I can do is say sorry for my actions and hope you allow me the chance to prove I have maturated.

Now I wont say my actual DOB in this appeal but if someone would like to voice call with me and talk to me to like Danoo did once again I will be more than happy to answer any question and willing to show I.D if needed.

It's been a while - I'm glad you've found other pursuits even though you couldn't play here.

I guess an important question is, why now? What's motivated you to try to come back now?
You talk about you being staff in another server, and with an amusingly ironic sense of justice, having to handle PEGI players. Why is the PEGI rule so important?
Furthering from the above, whilst you were playing our server, were you aware of other PEGI players? Are they still around?
 
The main reason I am trying to comeback to this server is because out every single one I have played since my ban that has claimed to be a serious roleplay server has not come close the experience I had on RPUK and after going server to server I've not been able to find a good one in a long time and when seeing Roleplay.co.uk near the top of the list even after all this time I just thought id give it another go there's not really any other reason nearly everyone I spoke to at the time of playing the server has either quit or blocked me so I hope that answers your question as to why now.

Why I think the PEGI rule is so important especially to fiveM is I actually played a big part in closing down a server that was ran by a convicted Podophile now this is not something I want to talk about in my appeal but this has been the very very big eye opener for me because its not something you can ignore alot of children and people who are vulnerable to this type of behaviour do play FiveM but for someone who is underaged and is being blocked the by the PEGI rule they only look at it in a way of its blocking them from doing something they like instead of seeing that its actually in place to keep them safe from alot of things that could cause harm to them if it went that far and I am guilty of this instead of just waiting to maybe understand the PEGI rule instead of throwing a tantrum and making things worse maybe I wouldn't even be here making this appeal who knows,

I'm not aware of anyone who still plays this server the only remote connection from someone i know to rpuk is I think my friend who is now 20 years old recently made a ban appeal but he has told me he probably wouldn't go back to RPUK but apart from that I cant really help in that area of things.

You've had a lot of time to mature. Given this, if you could go back in time with your current self, what would you do differently? How would you have approached the several situations that originally led you to being banned (+ further punitive measures)?

No I was not aware of any other players that were PEGI


C2.3 Combat logging "Logging out at any point during RP or whilst incapacitated is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during any form of combat, while being chased by the police, arrested by the police, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban."
This rule is important to insure everyone has a good roleplay experience

C6.2 Being disrespectful to staff "Abuse/swearing or unpleasant behaviour towards the staff team is not acceptable" This is important because it stops what would happen 90% of the time when someone is caught out or wrong and feels the need to act like a child because of it.

C2.3 : If I could go back in time I would make 100% sure that the scene I am involved in is completely over and maybe wait a little bit more after the scene before leaving just to double check or if it was a urgent matter maybe tell the person involved that I had to go do something in head and ask if there's any way to resolve the scene quicker.

As for the C6.2 I would not let my emotions get the better of me if there's a final decision then that's how it is instead of being disrespectful I would just take it on the chin and accept what ever the staff members decision will be even if I don't 100% agree with it.

I do believe in second chances I also know that for my case on rpuk I've had more than just a few "second chances" and would not blame you for denying this appeal based on that fact but above everything else I believe people can change.

It's been quite a significant amount of time since your original offence, and I'm willing to give you the opportunity to return. Your slate isn't clean, but you've matured in the time away and now meet our age requirements to play.

If you are banned within the next six months, it will automatically escalate to a permanent ban as per the Fair Ban System, which you will have to appeal. Do you understand this?
Given you've been away for a considerable amount of time, I need to ask and confirm the following: have you read all our rules, and do you understand them?
 
Sorry did not read that right I do understand the rules and have read them completely.
