Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for exploiting the rules, A friend of mine passed me a gun through the window of the prison visits and that is rule break C2.2.
Why should we unban you: I am deeply sorry for the way I acted during the rule break.
I've taken some time away from roleplay to reflect on my actions, and In doing so I can promise myself and the staff team that this will never happen again. I understand with the rule break and how this could've effected people's story lines and roleplay during the situation and is completely my fault that I allowed for this to happen.

I can whole heartedly promise you that this will not happen again in the future if a situation like this was to ever occur again as I have learnt from my mistakes and I would like to progress in the city that a grew to love.

I can promise going forward if you guys gave me another chance I would do my absolute best to provide quality role play at all times and I will never exploit any of the rules ever again, thank you for taking the time to read this..
I keep my fingers crossed in hope for a second chance...

I'm confused, you blatantly broke the rules and you had to have known you'd get banned for it. You're not a new player, having played here for a while prior.

Why?
 
To be honest with you I don't have a good excuse, just my word that after a year away from the RP scene and thinking about where I went wrong I have definitely learned from my mistakes, its not been nice being away from the city and my friends for so long , I would love another chance , but if you say no then ill understand.
 
I'm not setting you up to fail in this appeal, I just need to understand why you would even consider doing it in the first place, as generally this is concerning behaviour for longer-term players
 
I just got caught up in the story line .. it was a mix of being told previously that there was a hole in the visit window and me being on for hours into the early hours when this took place, my friend passed me the gun when I no now that I should not of took it, I'm going to be totally honest with you, I love RP and all the things and story's I got to do in RPUK it made for some good YouTube videos, when I got banned it really got to me I didn't even play for like 6 months, trust me when I say I've learned from it.
 
What'll happen next time if you get caught up in a storyline or want something to go a certain way?

I appreciate the above response, however I'm sure you can accept, this is a ban for exploiting which was intentional, and fairly high level in terms of rule breaks. It raises alarm bells when your response to my questions are shorter than the questions themselves for a ban like this.

I'll help you out a little, what is your plan on return to the server?
 
I understand and I am sorry if my answer was to short, I hope you understand that I do no what I did wrong and I'm sorry for it and if I was given another chance I wouldn't mess it up this time doing stupid things that are against the rules. I haven't made solid plans for a character ark yet but maybe carry on as Roman for a wile if this was allowed with the story being Roman being realised from jail after a near life sentence.. down the line I would like to have shot at police force again on a new character, it will be crazy to se the changes that have taken place over a year since I've been gone but I would like the chance to have a look. thanks for taking the time to read this as I no its a busy time of year.
 
Your ban occurred shortly after a 1d ban for RDM, which seems to indicate a poor attitude that had been present for a while. Was there any reason for this?
 
No reason that I can excuse, I just allowed myself to get sloppy in my RP witch is something I will not allow to happen again, like I said before I have learned my lessons its been a year now, I wanted to take this time away to hone in on my RP and learn from my mistakes. I really do miss the community in RPUK and some of my friends who I haven't seen for a year... I wouldn't mees this up again.
 
Alright. I don't believe there is any benefit in keeping you banned for longer.

Please remember the FBS. Any bans in the next 6 months will be permanent, and will require appealing again.
