Why do you think you were banned: very confused to why i was banned, when opening a ticket i was told it was UNK which can range from game modifications, RMT, illegal clients or extreme cases of rule breaks. which i can 100% say i have not broken not one of the rules, if staff would like to see any clips I'm happy to show them
only software i use is Crosshair x and NVE, i have also never spent any money on in game items if staff need to see any evidence of that as well
Why should we unban you: i believe the ban is false, I've only had one 1 day ban in my time of being in the server which i have dedicated so much time to building my character which i would not want to throw away just like that
