Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for having an offensive soundboard play when I joined discord channels, I then submitted an appeal and instead of doing the mature thing, I decided to log into the server on a separate discord, rockstar and fivem account. I'm not sure how long I used the account for, I believe it was a few days, I then tried unlinking my discord account from my main fivem account and linking a new one, to see if I could join the server on my actual account, once I realised that I could log in, I used that account instead up until staff started replying on my appeal, I was then asked to join a teamspeak chat by a staff member, in this chat, I was asked about my activities and I lied about the ban evading in an attempt to lessen my punishment, after discussing the subject for a while along with the importance of telling the truth, I admitted to everything as I could see I was digging myself a deeper hole
Why should we unban you: My actions are inexcusable, I did wrong and I will not try to deny that, what I did was disruptive and has no place in the community
I know you probably hear it on every ban appeal, but I will not do any of this again. If I was unbanned tomorrow, you would not have any problems with me again.
What makes the city so special to me, is the carefully crafted characters, groups and locations, I met many people on the server only briefly, but their personalities made them stand out in my memory and I miss that. I also met many friends and associates that I interacted with on a daily basis, all of these combined is what drives me improve
I understand that my actions are not acceptable and I went miles over the line with what I did. I am genuinely sorry to the peoples experiences I hindered and the staff member times I wasted by making them investigate my wrongdoings and having to continuously ask me questions while I was lying.
I just hope one day I can return the the community and contribute to the story, instead of hindering it

Good evening @Sconch

You've escalated something that was initially a mistake and a communication error into a permanent ban for something that we rarely allow individuals to return from. It frustrates me that had you waited, we wouldn't be in this mess - I imagine you share the same frustration, only internally.

What steps have you taken since your initial appeal and ensuing game ban to learn from your mistakes? C1.2 and C1.15, please.
How will you prevent this from happening again?

Why are both of these rules in place? What does it prevent?

How can we trust you, given you've already evaded a ban? What happens the next time you're banned? Will you follow the process? Assuming we allow you to return?
In your TS discussion with us, you declared your other accounts, which could be used for evading. Could you please DM me the Discord IDs associated with your alternate Discord accounts on the Forum?

I absolutely share that frustration and sometimes I just shake my head at the thought of how idiotic what I did was

In terms of steps I have taken since the ban, I am obviously filled with regret and although I know that directly is not a step, but the feeling of not being able to join the city and engage in interesting roleplay and meeting people, overtime has really set in and I regret it even more now than I did initially, I personally think that is improvement. Before writing the original appeal on this thread I thoroughly re-read the rules for community and the server and have been watching a lot of gta roleplay content too, including some creators from this server, in an attempt to be better at roleplay, I know that is not the reason I was banned but it is still something I stive to improve on

C1.2 is in place because the community has people of all ethnicities, backgrounds, religions and sexualities and everyone should feel comfortable and be able to express themselves
C1.15 is in place because exactly like the legal system in real life, if you do something wrong, or even get accused of doing something wrong, regardless of how small or big, everyone should in a sense, "stand trial" and the staff team can look at all the evidence and information and make a decision on the punishment and nobody is immune from that

There is likely nothing I can say that will make you trust me, as I have done wrong on multiple levels. I can say anything but the truth is, the only way I can gain the communities trust again is to just be a good person and not break the rules, I don't plan on ever being banned again but if it did happen, I can comfortably say, I would appeal the ban and wait for a response, in the same fashion as I have with this appeal

as for the all the account IDs, I did send them to Violet (the staff member who handled my original appeal) but I will forward you on the message. I have not made any discord/rockstar/steam accounts since the original appeal and truthfully, I am not sure I even have the details for the other accounts anymore as my password manager got corrupted and I lost a load of login information
