In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: for using discriminatory language and exiting in a roleplay situation (combat logging)

Why should we unban you ?: Hi there staff, I hope all is well. It has officially been six months. I have had a long think and reflected over what vile acts and idiotic choices I made in roleplay situations which had consequences to those actions I committed at the time I was banned in December. I have not only changed but turned a lot of things in my life around as before I was in a dark place but is no excuse for what I did and was completely on me. From time to time I look back on what I did, I full heartedly regret it and would make sure nothing like what happened would ever happen again. I was stupid and there was every reason to take me out at that time.

But what I do believe in, is a second chance. A chance to be able to not only prove to you that I have changed and matured, but also to prove to myself that I can be trustworthy and allow to be let back into an environment where behaviour like this will never EVER be tolerated. I was banned for using vile language and combat logging. I have read over the rules countless times and have made sure something like this would never happen again. I would like to have another chance in rpuk as I do enjoy playing and socialising, and to be able to build a trust between me and you staff to show that things like this would never happen again. I would also like to apologise for lying in my first appeal which was not the right decision and should have just come clean, and I also did not abide to the month cool down given. These are also things I regret and have learnt from.

The language used slipped out and was a grave mistake, but over the months i will assure you that things and use of language like that wont slip out or EVER be used again. I also will assure you that I will never combat log in a roleplay situation if i were to have chance at the game again. I realise how it can not only ruin roleplay but also ruin the community's experience and the fluidity of a roleplay game in general. I do hope that I can be given another chance at rpuk again, and again, I do assure you these things will never happen again.

Racist remarks are something we just have zero tolerance for here. You claim that the "Language used slipped out". Is this something that would happen often and if so does it still happen now?

Regarding the combat log you are right, it does ruin it for other players. If you can't handle the consequences for your actions in RP then maybe roleplay just isn't for you. At the end of the day roleplay is all about give an take. Your not going to come out of every situation exactly how you want but its about trying to make it both fun for yourself and the other person.

So my next question is, should you find youself in a hostile position again with the potential to lose something such as cash or items how would you act?

Firstly regarding the question on language "slipping out",

 No this does not happen often and I have never used such words until the time I did (regarding the incident) and it was something that I've never used or has been a part of my vocabulary. I am unsure of why I said it, it did not go through my brain and to this day I am disappointed and shocked that I used such words. I assure you that this language will never be used again even if it is not processed and I'm in the moment, it will never happen again period. since my ban I have reflected on the racist word I used and have never ever used or made any racist or discriminatory remarks towards anyone online or in person. this is what I meant by maturing and reflecting over these six months, so i assure you this will never happen again. Hopefully this answers the first question.

Regarding your question "should you find yourself in a hostile position again with the potential to lose something such as cash or items how would you act?"

In a hostile position position again with the potential of losing items or my life, I would act as if the situation were to be real life, there is no opting out in real life so if my life was in danger or being in a situation regarding loss of valuables, I would try to talk to the person about it and talk my way out, or if I had a weapon threatened to be used against me I would be forced to hand my items over or fight my way out of it as if it is real life. I have thought about this question countless times over the months and changed my act on how I would interact in situations like this which brought me to an understanding of how it ruins the roleplay if you combat log.

You've never used that word, or it has never been part of your vocabulary, yet it rolled off your tongue rather easily...are you sure you're telling us the full truth? 
I think you're not as forth coming as someone in your position should be, especially with the magnitude of stuff you caused.

On another note, I believe you're underage, listening to your voice on the reports that got you previously banned....because of this I am going to deny this appeal.
