In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I had been helping someone new in the city, he asked me if I could hold onto some money for a little while. Because he was new to the city I did and when he asked for it back I sent it right back to him. I am assuming that he must have created a new character/changed character then asked me for the money without me realising what was going on.

Why should we unban you ?: I double checked what rule G2.9 was and it is transferring of money or items between your own characters, the only character I have is Sonny Lang. the only reason why I may have been banned is as I stated in the box that asked why I believe I have been banned. If that is the reason then I don't know how I did not realise it was a different character and I feel a bit stupid because of it and I apologise that this happed. If I was to be unbanned this would never happen again because I care a lot about this city and have been really enjoying my time with everyone. like I said before I did not realise it was a different account and just sent him the money as he asked me to do so I like to try help people who are new to RP and new to the city but this time I think I was a bit clueless and wont happen again.
I truly believe that I bring some great RP to the server, I talk to everyone I can and try to help who ever needs help as well. Even some of the basic things that a lot of people don't do I do all the time an example would be, actually roleplaying being injured and making sure that the NHS or who ever is helping has a good time helping me back on my feet or just fixing me up a little. I don't just go around being a knob to the police I really try have proper conversations every chance I get and make sure that there time in the city is enjoyable. I have made a lot of friends in they city and if u were to ask anyone I am associated with they will tell you the same. If that was the actual reason I got banned then again I am seriously so sorry and it was a huge mistake on my half and clearly I was not thinking hard enough about what was going on. I have seriously fallen in love with this city and would really love a second chance to prove myself. You may have one character, but I think you are aware of the money that was given to you by a friend and then given back to that friend.

So why not tell me what you did and how you did it?

Yeah for sure, so pretty much long story short a guy I was helping who was new to the city asked me to hold onto some cash. I did not really take the time to think about why or anything like that which is real dumb of me I know and I should know better, but I was at AE and there was a lot going on so I didn't really think about it. Later on after 6pm storm he messaged me and asked for the money back so I sent it over, I was a bit confused about it but I trusted him so I didn't think much of it. After he messaged me I called and asked for his number and sent him the money which was about 75k I believe and then didn't see or hear from him again that night. Looking back on it now its obvious what was going on but i didn't realise at the time which I'm mad at myself for and pissed at that guy for.

How did I meet this person? I met this character outside of auto exotic, we talked for a little while maybe 5 mins then I had to go as there were police around and I had to help someone get away from them. We met again at the docks and he picked me up and helped me get back to AE, while on the way back I told him how he will need to carry a weapon if he plans on taxiing and he needs to go to the gym if he wants to use it properly. 

How well do I know this person? I didn't know this character very well and had only spent around 20 mins with him. I like helping people who are new to the city because I haven't been in it for long and know how hard it is to work your way around it without knowing the ins and outs, sonny lang is a nice character who will do anything to help people out so when he asked me to hold money I just said yeah okay without thinking without even knowing him too well which again I feel stupid about and it wont happen again if I was to be given a second chance.

Ben and I used to play EFT together with some friends a long time ago. But we haven't played together in a very long time so were not exactly friends we just know each other. I still had friends in the discord we used to use so I mentioned that I found a great rp server as we all used to talk about trying to get into playing gta rp after watching streams and YouTube videos. I'm assuming ben wanted to give it a go because he messaged me saying he was going to try it out. After that we only had in game conversations when he randomly turned up to AE to get a repair. I recognised his voice so wanted to help him out if I could. After he helped me by picking me up from the docks he asked me to hold onto some money and he would be back soon so I can send it back to him then, I trusted him and just wanted to help but I just didn't realise what was going on. I didn't see him the second time as he messaged me to send the money and I called asking for his PayPal. It was the same voice so I didn't think anything of it.

Alright, if that's the story you want to go with, there is no point going forward if your not going to be truthful with us.

You know that they were on two different characters as he has two different phone numbers that he used to contact you with. It is evident to us that you did know this and you seen both characters that don't look the same. There was also not much communication between you two looking at your phone records which leads me to believe that you used discord to communicate most of the time.

It is also evident that you two log on and off the server around the same time as each other, which raises some questions as you mentioned that you only spent 20 minutes with this character but we have logs to prove otherwise.

When you make your next appeal I hope you decide to tell us the truth.
