Reason given for your ban: C1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned due to a miscommunication with another player in the server. My intentions were not to discriminate or harm any other person in anyway shape or form.

Why should we unban you ?: I was a prominent player over a year ago in the server. I stopped playing due to a PC malfunction and recently wanted to join again to play with friends. It was then I noticed I was permanently banned. I always followed the rules and regulations of the server and had a lot of fun RP with many other players. I do not recall the events of the ban however if I did do them I am extremely apologetic towards the server and the person, I hope can re-join this community which I became very close to.

I now recall the event, me and some other friends were attempting robberies at a near by clothes store I have 2 witnesses and we are all Muslim and originate from Pakistan. During one of the robberies 2 players came and attacked us so we defended our selves they then continued to barrage us with slurs and obscenities. I vaguely remember being called p*ki and and we were told to go back to our countries. In a fit of rage and disgust I may have said some bad things that I regret however the assault to our side was worse, although it may be hard to believe since I did not report it at the time, It is the honest truth and that I swear by God. Also for the RDM we thought the guy was a part of them as he came out of no where and got involved in the heat of the moment.

You were banned for C1.2, not G1.2. Regardless if someone was racist towards you, that doesn't give you the right to be racist to others. Two wrongs don't make a right, you should've reported the other party had they been racist towards you and your friends.

There is a lot of players in these appeals banned for C1.2, I'm almost tempted to give you all 3 month cooldowns before you may appeal. Enlighten us as to why we should allow you back here, because your appeal is sort of lacking in that department..
