In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: got banned for saying "sam" in side chat. didn't realise it was said community members name got a bit confused with the context of what was going on in my discord call at the time. I explained in more detail to KeirT.
Spoke to Clark and he's not bothered got the conversation recorded if you're interested.

Why should we unban you ?: Don't believe I broke rules just friendly banter x

Hello @thomaslord

From what I see you crossed a line that no-one should cross. Why did you think it was a good idea to post personal information about another player? By no means is this friendly banter, and I'm sure that you are at least capable of understanding why you should not be doing this. So I ask you, why do it? What did you hope to achieve?

On top of that, why is your banner an image of your ban message? Do you wear this as some sort of sad badge of honour?

As stated in my OP, I did not know that said users name was "sam". I put "sam" in sidechat as someone in my gang said as a joke "we're logging the ban evaders on". I said Sam as we know someone called Sam who just got banned from arma for cheating. I did not realise that their name was sam which is why when I was told by gang mates I apologised. I spoke to said member and he isn't even bothered, infact he laughed about it in voice chat with me telling me it was his gang members that pushed it. It would seem that the plebs gang simply don't want competition and want a report war or something cringe like that. 

I can also argue that the first name "sam" does not count as personal information however it's not the point. It was unintentional and the persons name it is is not bothered at all.

I can also say that me and said person play together on other servers and are on good terms we just joke around with stuff like this and neither of us get upset.

To address the banner it is part of a joke I have with a few people which goes along the lines of "GG ARMA LAST"
