In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because of a misunderstanding at the casino.

Why should we unban you ?: I was at the casino last night trying to get some chips out and it was only giving me half the chip but was not charging me also when i sold them it did not do anything so it was useless. I was not getting the chips out to try and gain money or bend the rules it was simply to play and use them. I kept getting chips out and it still was not charging me so i sold all the chips i got and still did not get any money. So the chips were just useless and meant that the casino was out of function. So i stuck around and waited for if anyone was having the same issue and Father Augustus was their with the same issue and we waited and im assuming it was an admin came and stopped selling the chips so i tried to resolve the issue so it was not doing this for anyone else. I understand that is seems like i was trying to exploit however when i saw it was not working and tried to resolve the issue. I understand the chips i got out was not meant to be given to me however i sold them and did not gain and money. My intention was not to gain money or exploit it was just to go and buy some chips. I hope you can see my side of the story and understand why i stuck around as i was wanting the issue fixed. Also on the reason for my ban it says g2.4 and G1.5 but it was for G2.2 also says that on my five M.

Having been apart of our community now for a decent amount of time, surely you knew this was abnormal.. Why would you not have approached a member of staff about this?

I noticed this was abnormal which is why I decided to stay in the casino and see if anyone was having the same issue. It wasn’t like I was trying gaining money I simply just couldn’t but normal chips and when I got the chips that was not working I sold them back to the casino and did not make any profit. I did not keep them to try and gain money by re selling them to someone. The only way I could have reported this to a member of staff any quicker was if I would of done the ooc in chat, however I wanted to see if it was a problem for anyone else. That is when I saw Father Augustus and noticed he had the same issue that is when we reported the problem I did not run out of the casino and hide because I simply did not gain anything or louse anything.I hope you can see my innocence in this situation and if I was to be put back in the situation I would have done the ooc in chat and reported the problem straight away. Overall though  I think I handled the situation quit for the circumstances I didn’t try and cheat the system nor would I ever try. I was just in the casino when the chip dealer was not working correctly. I believe nearly everyone in my situation would have done the same try see if they was an issue for anyone else then report the problem. Where as in the future I promise I would just report the problem straight away then see if anyone was having the same issue.

The fact that you and your friends Lawro and Will Ball all exploited this tells me you all tried to take advantage of what happened. You and Lawro have gone down the "I wanted to wait to see if it was a bug" story and Will comes out admitting to taking advantage of it. Therefore I don't believe your story one bit.
