Why do you think you were banned: Myself and a friend were pretty stupid and decided to make alt accounts and go gambling, when he won he asked me to send him the money to his other account which i did which was stupid of me.
Why should we unban you: I Played this server alot and genuinely enjoyed the experience, we stuck to the law and played as responsible business owners taking RP seriously, i really enjoyed the serious element of the server and engaging in community events, and experiences. I would like another chance to build the trust again and play properly, i promise ill stick to the rules, be a good member of the community and not do any stupid gambling or alt personalities. I am happy to go back to building relationships with other players, grinding in legit jobs and working toward building a business and hiring staff. I hope that you can consider this and look at my otherwise clean record to understand that i will be a good RP player, and help toward to serious RP elements of the server.

Hello @Tom5155 , I hope you're well.

You had played on this server just under 2 months before landing your first ban for what would be considered one of the more serious rules which has the potential to ruin the servers economy.
If you enjoyed playing this server and the experiences, I'm not sure I fully understand why you decided to breach rules and attempt to gain an advantage over other players in this manner?

You've explained what you did, but not why you did it.

Yeah I get what you're saying, and to be honest there’s not really a good reason for why I did it. It was just a dumb decision made in the moment. Me and my mate thought it would be funny to mess about on some alts and gamble a bit, and when he won he just said "send it to my main" and I did it without thinking about the consequences or how serious it actually was.


At the time I didn’t think I was doing anything that bad, but I fully understand now how it affects the economy and the fairness of the server — it wasn’t cool at all and I hold my hands up. I know it looks bad, especially with how new I still was to the server, and I’m gutted I messed up the opportunity like that.


I’m not trying to make excuses — I messed up. But I really do want a proper chance to come back and actually play properly, stick to the rules, and just enjoy the RP side of it like I was before. I really enjoyed building a character, doing legal work, running a business, and being involved with the community. I’d just like a shot to prove I can be trusted again.

I'm going to just assume that you hadn't actually read over the rules properly before receiving your ban, is this the first RP server you've taken part in?

Hi Danoo,

Apologies for the slow response I didn't notice the message.

Yeah this is the first RP server I have played, I hadn't really used the FiveM application much mostly just normal GTA online, so i will properly review and understand the entire rule book before any form of returning, and ill ensure to take that seriously so that i am not caught out again with anything.

I think my main change will be relating to try and build a known character on the server, someone with a decent background and that can be known, regular jobs and just some status to build. I would really like to get into the legal jobs side other than bins, more specifically something like Gruppe 6 prison transport and security, and look at being at more of a community based character not doing to much of the drugs selling etc as I think ill prefer that side of the RP.

Or my other goal will be to do something like business work, like working in a dealership as I really enjoy that side of it so yeah i guess my main change will be to really focus on building a name, contacts and showing some decent changes to the way i play. And i promise ill genuinely read the RP rule book this time and ensure I follow it to the letter.

I guess that's my thoughts on a new lease at letting me back in if its an option. Cheers

I appreciate that it's your first server, people that play here do so for an escape and are here for roleplaying purposes only, so they play fairly.
I'm willing to give you another chance here to roleplay rather than attempting to gain an advantage, but, it would come with some conditions.

You have 3 characters, Mike Rambo, Tom Barry, Jerry Baner. You may pick one of these to keep, however the character will be wiped (Money, Cars, Inventory, Houses, Licences etc) however will keep all of their memories, the other 2 characters will be deleted.

Do you agree to these terms, and if so, which character do you pick to keep and wipe?
