Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for leaving whilst dead.
Why should we unban you: Hello thanks for taking the time to read my appeal.

I recently spoke to Zellie and C_Datein the discord about my ban I explained my situation a little bit and they have told me I would be allowed to appeal without the month cooldown a combat log appeal comes with.

So I was involved in a scene with just me and a couple friends I knew OOC and 2 people I only knew IC, I can't really remember why I had died but shortly after dying my friend was taking me to hospital and about halfway there I had to attend to something personal something I'm not really comfortable sharing on the forums but if the reason is really necessary then I would only speak privately to who ever takes this appeal.

Anyway due to the issues I had IRL I was not in the best mood and I just didn't even wanna be on my computer and after being rage baited and just trolled by some people IC I didn't even want to fly back in but after a little while I did try fly back in and was met with a ban message, I wasn't aware that I had to contact staff about these things and after the very helpful Zellie and C_Date explained the rule I had broke to me and how I could prevent this from happening again I.E opening a ticket / letting staff know, I can confidently say I will not break this rule again.

I had to attend to something personal something I'm not really comfortable sharing on the forums but if the reason is really necessary then I would only speak privately to who ever takes this appeal.

I can understand personal situations, If you are able to, open a Out-of-Game ticket and @ myself (Mark) - after that we can proceed this unban appeal process as normal.

Hello Mark,

The C2.3 stops people from exploiting to save gear or escape a situation they may not agree with by logging out (exploiting)

I believe the rule is in place because in most servers this is a very common rule break and 9/10 times the people who do it on purpose dont have intent to rp and it ruins the immersion so I believe its there to separate those people and keep a high quality of rp

With your knowledge of the rule you broke, in the future if you ever found yourself in a similar situation where you aren't in the best of moods due to a reason, what would you do to prevent it playing out like it did in this situation?

Also with this combat logging ban comes with a wipe of your character's inventory - do you acknowledge/agree to this?

extremely sorry about the replies i have been very busy

in the future if anything like this was to happen again i am now fully aware that if i need to leave for any important reason i need to say it in the ooc if im with people even if im alone and need to fly out whilst dead to still make a ticket in the discord just to let people know because whenever im in city it is still considered a rp scenario

and yes im more then happy for my inventory to be wiped if i was to be unbanned
