In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for using a modified handling line that allowed me to wheelie much easier on a Sanchez. This obviously fell under utilizing a modified client which I fully understand.

Why should we unban you ?: I did not use this file maliciously and was using it just for fun. Once I was informed that it may fall under the rules, I removed the file. I do genuinely enjoy playing this server and did not want to ruin others' immersion or experience. Again, I removed this file to ensure that this would not happen. If I were to be unbanned, I could assure anyone that this would not happen again, with this file or anything else. I understand that this is a clear rule break and that it should not go unsanctioned. However, I just ask that this ban could be reduced from permanent so that I can be given a second chance.

Whilst i can appreciate a wheelie mod is hardly the same as some sort of other cheats. Yes, it still falls under a modified client and is still against the rules. Your intent does not really matter the fact is you have gone somewhere and downloaded and installed this. I would not trust that you would and would never be temped by any other mods you may come across whilst looking in these places or having people send it you. 

I dont like modders in any way shape or form so right now. Its a no from me.
