In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I am writing to appeal the ban that was placed on my account recently. I understand that i was banned for flying out of the city while being downed and i take full responsibility for my actions. However i would like to provide some context and explain the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Why should we unban you ?:  At the time of the event i was dealing with serious in head issues. While i was in prison i was unexpectedly attacked and incapacitated. Fortunately a police officer came to my aid and escorted me to the front of the check in. In my distressed state for in head reasons i momentarily forgot the rule that flying out while downed was not allowed. Despite having to deal with in head problems i approached the officer and asked if it would be possible for me to fly out in such a situation. Regrettably i misunderstoon the officers response as he stated "I dont see why you couldnt." Based on this misunderstanding I proceeded to fly out of the city. I want to emphasize that i had a genuine and urgent reason to leave but i acknowledge that my actions were in violation of the rules. Since my ban I have taken the time to thoroughly review the in city rles and regulations. I now have a clear understanding of the expectations and guidelines and i assure you that I will not repeat such behavior in the future. i deeply regret my oversight and assure you that i have learned from this experience. I kindly request that you reconsider my ban and allow me the oppportunity to rejoin the community. I am genuinely sorry for my foolish actions and assure you that i will abide by the rules and conduct myself appropriately going forward. I value the community and the game and i would be grateful for a second chance to contribute positively. Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. I look forward to your response. I appreciate the effort you've put into this.

If you needed to disconnect from the server whilst downed, there are many steps you could have possibly taken to prevent a ban being pushed.
Should you end up in this situation again, what steps would you be taking if you need to disconnect?

hello my mate @Danoo.

if I where to get into this situation again I would wait out my timer and respawn. or if I am at the front off the hospital I shall wait out my timer and take time to get out off any situation and or scenario I am in. I full understand what I did was wrong and I have reflected on my actions. i also went back over the rules multiple times and know what I should be doing and shouldn't be doing.

Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

combat logging is used to stop people from leaving during a roleplay scenario. such as firefight, getting arrested, dead and when needed assistance and anyone other sort off scenario. if you do these things you are ruining not only your experience but everyone else's.

to prevent people ruining the experience for other users. if you combat log you are stopping people from arresting and using there medic skills to help you and enjoying themselves. you are also using it to your advantage like doing it to keep items or not die.

I would've pushed for your inventory to be wiped, but I see that you don't have anything..

Don't make the same mistake twice, any ban going forth within a 6 month period will be a perm ban due to the FBS.
