Why do you think you were banned: because i made the mistake in not opening a ticket for help (which i shouldve in order to get more specific help tailored to my needs but instead i always used the help chat) and instead of thoroughly looking for help and learning how the tickets system worked (since i was new and it was hard to get my head around how they worked), i tried resolving my issue myself, even if i didnt know how to fix it, which ended up resulting in being banned for breaching the rules.
Why should we unban you: i have took the time to look over FiveM and the discord servers from a few FiveM servers to roughly get an understanding on how most work (within the help prospective mostly)...i have also looked into how ticket systems work for in case of future issues and have familiarised myself. i accept full responsibility for my mistakes and apologise for doing so, it wouldnt happen again now i 100% know how i should go about asking for help if its not a small issue. (opening a ticket instead of using help chat for everything)
