Unban Appeal - .zparky - GTA RP

Server: GTA RP
Character Name: Harrison Sullivan
Steam ID: 76561198860745245
Ban ID (just the numbers): rpuk18945
Ban Reason: Bullying and Trolling
Why do you think you were banned: I was banned in October last year for bullying and trolling. I understand now that my actions were out of line and went against the rules of the community. At the time, I didn’t take the server seriously and acted in a way that disrupted others and made the experience worse for them. I regret how I behaved, and I fully accept that the ban was fair based on what I did.
Why should we unban you: It’s been several months since the ban, and I’ve had time to reflect and grow up. I’ve read through the rules again and I understand what’s expected from players. I miss being part of the community and I want to return with a much better attitude. I’m not the same person I was when I got banned — I take responsibility now and want to show that I’ve changed. I just want one more chance to prove I can follow the rules and be a positive member of the server.
Please confirm that you have read the unban appeal process and rules: Yes

Good evening @.zparky,

To clarify, you were banned for G1.1, RVDM (And C1.10), not C1.1, which is bullying - I think you've confused them here.

I'm glad to see you understand your actions and the consequences that followed. Your reflection and honesty, compared to your previous appeal in October 2024, are a stark contrast, a positive and welcome one, for certain.

Can you quote the rules you broke, explain how you broke them, and explain why you think the rule is in place?
What would you do with it if we provided you a second chance? What are your plans if you were to return?

Good evening,

Thank you for your reply and for pointing out the correct reason for my ban. I now understand that I was banned for breaking rules G1.1 and C1.10, not C1.1 as i mistakenly mentioned.

Rule G1.1 states that “Using your vehicle as a weapon (running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.”
I broke this rule by using my vehicle in a way that was clearly not justified by roleplay. I acted recklessly and drove into players without proper context or roleplay engagement, which disrupted the immersion and experience for others on the server.

Rule C1.10 refers to “Trolling – actions that are intended to annoy or provoke a reaction from other players, without contributing meaningfully to roleplay.”
I broke this rule by behaving in a way that was childish and disruptive. I was more focused on getting reactions than actually roleplaying properly. Looking back, I realize that my actions showed a lack of respect for both the server and the community.

These rules are in place to protect the quality of the roleplay environment and to ensure everyone can enjoy a fair, immersive experience. By breaking them, I not only ruined the fun for others but also showed that I wasn’t taking the community seriously.. and I regret that deeply.

If given a second chance, I would treat it with full respect and gratitude. I’ve had a lot of time to reflect since the ban, and I understand the impact of my actions much better now. I’ve re-read the rules and understand how important it is to follow them and contribute positively.

If I’m allowed to return, I plan to come back with a much more mature approach. I want to rejoin the community with the goal of being respectful, creative, and of course engaging in meaningful roleplay. I’m not asking to forget what happened, just for the chance to prove that I’ve learned from it and can do better.

Thank you for considering my appeal.

Good evening,

You haven't written this appeal. One of the rules quoted, C1.10, isn't even accurate to RPUK's ruleset. This has been written entirely or heavily by AI, with prompting to make errors or behave more 'human' (the single lowercase "i").

You haven't matured, nor do you understand or respect an appeal's core values or expectations. We expect an honest, genuine appeal, written only by you, not some AI free on the internet. Fortunately, you'll have a lot more time to reflect on your rulebreaks and your approach to this appeal.

APPEAL DENIED
You can re-appeal in 6 months, 05/11/2025; any appeal submitted prior will not be entertained.
