Unban request (Denied - Not found on bans list)

One of the guys in group that I was a part of got caught with a illegal firearm, and being the team player that I am I wanted to help him. The problem was that I shouted at the police to unrestrain him only after shooting INS JohnJoeegan. 
Please note that shooting JohnJoeegan, I asked the police to free him before shooting again. I did not know that you are not allowed to shoot without RP, so sorry for that, will not happen again.
