Underwater salvage script

I came across this player job script allowing players to search for buried treasure. Adds another civ job, helps get the ocean more lively, adds a risk of drowning allowing players to rp with coastguard/mpo at sea.

It sure has. Just mechanics and taxi drivers everywhere. We need some diversity in civ jobs again. We used to have blood bikes and fuel transport but since those left it's just the above as stated which is making things a bit dry for civs that aren't interested in illegal rp.
