Okay, hear me out.

I suggest when we have just newly bought a car (From an actual dealership, not another player) We have to register it at Town Hall. Meaning, if you go speeding or get a police chase, maybe kill some people and leave your car at the scene of the crime the police can not track the plate to said owner.

Of course it would show saying "Unregistered" and plate date of when purchased, which I would say said player has a week or two to register said car or it goes bye-bye (Scrapped)

Also on a side note, a police auction. Auction off cars that have been "Scrapped" (Possibly instead of scrapping them)

people would just buy cheap(but good cars) and then let them get fucked in 2 weeks or whatever

already been done before, but i don't see why it shouldn't be done more often

 
-1, Its roleplay and when you buy a car IRL it has to be registered if not it would ping a police ANPR camera, so unless it pings to the police and cameras as non registered then i would  -1 this suggestion. 

If it would include police being notified i would +1 it

Deffo a huge +1 for Ill gotten gains auctions.

Whether that be cars, storage units, items ect! would be a great thing to do once a month.

 
FYI police are planning to do a auction, but it's not on cars or anything, more so legal items within evidence lockers, just needing final planning

 
Have always wanted a system similar to that of IRL DVLA where vehicle ownership transfers require manual documenting from the previous owner and for them to send off the "V5" at the Town Hall, if they're to lazy to do that then the tickets go to them
