Update forum badges for FiveM

At the moment the Police and NHS badges do not specify what server they are for and with this community at this point being probably 50% a FiveM one maybe those could be updated to be more specific? Instead they could be 'Altis Police', 'Altis NHS' and if badges are implemented for FiveM they could be 'LS Police', 'LS NHS'
