Description of what happened: A Police officer restrained a person who did not know how to drive. While he put him in the police car, Maarten ( as shown in the video ) came charging down and purposely drove right into the car, to my surprise he survived. He later claimed he did yet again.
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM
