Vechicle Stance (Function from GTA Online)

Dear mod team,
I would like to present a function that exists in GTA Online that I'm dying for you to port to the Roleplay server. It is pretty self explanatory and I feel like everyone that is into cars will appreciate it. As shown on the 1st attached file "addthis.png" Some cars only look good while stanced. The option is toggleable in the interaction menu in GTA online. I feel like it would be a perfect fit in the city inside the Caps Lock menu under "vehicle options", as shown in the attached image "Wheel.png".
