Brief Summary: Exhaust / turbo sounds

Detailed Suggestion: Trivial again, but the ability or just change the exhaust sounds on cars / bikes. IMO a lot of cars sound the same, the import bikes and cars that are still in the city some sound amazing, and unique to each vehicle. Would love some loud ass turbo and exhaust noises.

The Pros: Just a little satisfaction, a few people I've had this convo with in city say the same too. A lot of car enthusiast in city, nice sounds for car meets to show off etc.

The Cons: Dev work. Not a priority.
