Vehicle Placement Whilst Down is Scuffed

I have noticed today that when on as a civilian and I put downed people into a vehicle using the `Vehicle Placement` option, the bodies don't seat correctly in the vehicle they're being put in. You're also unable to pull a person out of the vehicle you put in because they are not ziptied. Eam
