Brief Summary:
Allow certain people? (Probably staff and developers) to verify Twitter Accounts.

Detailed Suggestion:
Allow Twitter Accounts to get verified that way people will know that they are the official account of a business or government agency. All that will show is a check mark next to the twitter account name when they tweet so people are aware they're the real deal. 

Accounts that should be verified in my opinion are as follows:

Police Twitter Accounts; 
- Police
- Police Frontline
- Police Traffic 
- Police Specialist Operations
- Police Dog Support Unit
- Police National Police Air Service
- Police Marine Policing Operations
- Other Official Police Twitter Accounts

- National Crime Agency

NHS Twitter Accounts:
- National Health Service
- Hazardous Area Response Team
- Other Official NHS Twitter Accounts

Government Agencies:
- City Council
- Independent Office of Professional Conduct
- Whatever other official groups that get introduced

Player Owned Businesses:
- Noble Stores
- Benefactor Luxury Motors
- Autocare
- Mosley's 
- Beakers 

Lost MC:
- LostMC
- Pisswasser Scrap Yard

National Crime Agency
Independent Office of Professional Conduct

I personally think that the only way to get verified is by being a legitimate group introduced via the server or you own a player owned shop or dealership. 

The Pros:
Allows for everyone, new to the server and not to know who the official accounts are of server approved Businesses, Agencies etc. etc. 

The Cons:
Development Time. 

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
Not at all.

Done for next server update, was a few lines to quickly add it.

Verified accounts are marked with a simple ✔ - This and other special characters are now removed from Twitter usernames to stop fake verified accounts etc etc.
