Server rules broken: RDM , However was banned for Negative attitude.

Because I have never been banned, warned or anything in the Past. This report is five old from a gang I am no longer in. My higher up said it was okay RP wise to engage the officers and I believe it was too, I know the rules pretty well.

I was banned by Steph for Negative attitude even though I never had a warning before., but I admit my attitude was terrible and I probably needed that kick in the ass to realise it.

I am a decent officer in the Police force, never caused any trouble there and always been a regular player / active on my police duties.

Just too add. I said sorry on the thread, I offered compensation to the person yet I was given absolutely zero chance to act on either.

Also I do apologize if I come across aggressive, I made a comment before about why I can come across that way, it's just called having a strong personality, It takes alot for me to actually try and be mean / aggressive towards someone, trust me.

I know vinc3nt seems like a bit of a twat on the forums at times, but he's a genuinely nice guy. Please reconsider the ban!

Good evening. The user in question was in the welcome office, with the exact wording in his name, " - Need Vladic or Wilco" this was regarding an unban request of which admins don't deal with on the teamspeak found in rule 17E. "Admins are only available on teamspeak if there is an issue with teamspeak or there is a hacker on the server." Is this rule there is no place where it says about the admins being able to deal with unban requests. When questioned by myself and another mentor/TS Moderator the user did say that he was here to speak to Wilco or Vladic about an unban request. To this point we notified him that they don't do unban requests over the teamspeak, user replied with a, "Well it has nothing to do with you" and unfortunately to say this was in a harsh, aggressive and vile tone. To add to the discussion the other mentor did state admins don't deal with unban and the only people who can give advice or can help along with them are the mentor team, of which we are so it is our business ESPECIALLY when you are in OUR channels.

To this point Vladic arrived to take over the situation.

The user was one step away from getting a teamspeak temporary ban for his attitude. Mentors are not here to be abused.

I simply stated that I requested them, it was up too them to respond and they did.

Again 'Vile, Aggressive' Really? In fact I am not even going to comment any further other than it's quite a sensitive reaction to what was said. The matter didn't really have anything to do with the mentors, after I explained i needed the admins you told me 'well actually it is our business' when in fact I had already stated I did not need the aid of a mentor.

I did not want to comment here but those fals accusations of me annoy me. 
Only because you don't understand what I've explained to you multiple times does not mean to post untrue facts.
What you did is ban worthy. End of story now discussion. YOU'RE ATTITUDE was the reason why I gave a player with no previous bans or anything not simply a warning.

Normally if people did a BAN WORTHY mistake for the first time and already show that they regret it / are mature about I let them off with a warning.
Once again with how you try to slander me here and also "attacked" Neo in the report section you make me realize that my decision was the right one.
Because you still can't act mature and have to act like an angry kid about it.
People make mistakes yes - but you don't have to be nasty about it.

I have told vladic I regret it which i do, i offered comp to the player involved, i admit the rdm / biased remark was wrong, what else am I meant to do? Stop painting me to be this awful person I not, most of the admin team barely know me and im sure if we spent even 20 mins (to steph) talking normally you would see im not this kind of person.

I hope you consider this ban appeal for someone who has never before been in trouble and now I truly understand the error of my ways, the way i talked to neo / some others wasnt right and I think I was just ticked off by all this and issues in real life, I cant apologize for angry and being human, we all make mistakes, but I can apologize to the people I offended. I promise it wont happen again, and if it does then ill leave myself

This is quite annoying now. You say you apologised to myself, it was no sincere at all, you were simply writing it so it looks better for you. Good luck with the unban appeal however you don't have my support with it, as I completely agree with he ban.

With that being said I ask you edit out your posts. I accept the fact that you don't accept my sincere apologies which is up to you and I wont pursue it any further.

As Punishment (if I get unbanned) I will leave the Police force to not shed a bad light on officers for my actions, even though it is in my interests to stay.

Ok now I like to look at all evidence provided when I do these disputes. 

1. The ban was fully justified and Neo rightly left it to a non-police admin to process so as to not show favouritism towrads a police player. You interpretted this as a biased point of view and I can assure you Neo is anything but biased.

2. The only person who is saying that you "know the rules pretty well" and that you are a "decent officer" is you. This thread has been open since yesterday and I dont see anyone backing you up with that claim. I have asked the police seniors personally and got no indication of your claim either. In fact the only person who has spoken on your behalf has said you "seem like a bit of a twat".

3. After speaking to you on TS last night I have to agree with your friend. The passive agressive tone you took with me and the way you have brushed off the mentor team both in TS and later on here confirms my thoughts on you. You have offended and pissed off at least 3 admins and one of our valued mentors.

I am going to leave this open to any respected member of the community here to back you up on your claims however at this current time I am leaning towards denying this for a rule 1D violation.

All I will say to you is that to consider the fact I had a bad day and it happens to everyone, im sure your self have days where you perhaps have flipped off the hook and later regret it and thats the same here.

You state that I am in Violation of 1D) Which states I am here to cause issues, yet the only issues I have created have been yesterday.

Yes I was passive aggressive to alot of people yesterday and have since tried to make amends for it. Again I state that this is the **First** Rule break that I have Ever done on your server.

Rather than look at the one day and the one rule break is it not also prudent to look at the positives of being out of the admin spotlight for a whole month? Clearly if I was this vile, aggressive person that everyone now thinks I am then I would have been gone a long time ago, I would never have been accepted into the Police and promoted to PC and remained as PC which (the police) is the most stringent and rule abiding role you can possibly be on the server.

At the end of the day your considering perma banning me based on calling an admin biased, wrongly of course, then being aggressive (due to the fact of me being banned, not many people would be 100% calm after that) and due to RL issues, to a couple of mentors whom 1 has accept my apology (M.Summers) and one who point blank refuses to talk to because I said it wasn't his business.   

The reason no one has commented also is because it's against the rules as stated in the dispute a ban section. You can't base the fact no one has replied because it was against the rules. So, now you have opened it for replies I will ask the people who have commended me in the past to do so here.

Summary: We are all human, we all make mistakes, I have had a clean month and one day of a couple of incidents of rule breaking, people are unbanned for far worse. I could have flipped off 10 times worse than I did, made threats to ddos (I have no idea how but some idiots say stuff like that) or just said 'ill use another CD key', no I was alot more respectful thatn those people and I have genuinely tried to make amends but it seems at least in my report that people are more interested in punishment rather than re-education of someone who has already done all they can to make ammends.

Update: Currently requesting players who know me well to comment and I would ask you give them chance now to reply.

If you can get someone who is respected to vouch for you I will reconsider.

I am stating that I apologized to him and he refused. I totally respect that and have not contacted him since, I have absolutely no ill will or feelings against the guy and only interacted with him for 10 minutes on speach and in a couple of posts. Again I am sorry for any offence that I caused the mentors yesterdayand it was completely unjustified, you were just trying to help and me in a bad mood was aggressive towards you, it wasn't acceptable. 

On a side note, please allow some time for people to vouch as it is a weekday morning and alot of people aren't home yet.

A few months? Well im asking anyone who has had any postive interaction with me as long as it's truthful. Also on similar unban requests are requirements for people being on for a few months necessary there too?
