Wanted list for bounty hunters

I was told in-game that the wanted list available from a bounty hunters player menu, may have been removed.

Could anyone clarify if it is just a bug or have they actually just been removed from the server?

Right okay, and have the tip offs been removed too? Do we just have to go around and hope we get lucky by finding the people?
