Washcloths CANNOT be thrown or given

If you buy a washcloth you are unable to use the give or throw function in the f3 menu. The only way you can get rid of it is to put it in a random car.

Also if you have it in your inventory it takes up one space, but it doesn't update the weight counter.

This is only in personal inventory. In the vehicle inventory itupdates the weight correctly (only when the item is in vehicle)

Along with the other few items which couldn't be removed from inventory - wine, vodka etc
