ive seen that some people wants pistol only and smg for cops and some still wants this wasteland with rifles and such then i came up with why not mix it (if it's possible) that you can only buy pistol as civ but sometimes a rifle's with scope and ammo drops randomly somewhere at the map and then its just who takes it first that will reduce the numbers of rifles and less snipers and stuff just people that are lucky gets them. and police gets smg and the same tazer  as the one we have now
