Wearing a bag

Could wearing a bag increase your character carry capacity, it could maybe incur a speed penalty or something if its full so its balanced.

+1 would be nice to have some options to increase carrying capacity and yes there should be a penalty for carrying the bag

To make It balanced I wouldn't say add any more than +25 capacity. 

And potentially only make them Craftable or Purchasable?

And what would the potential penalty for speed be? Half? Jogging Speed? Only when you have materials in the bag?

while wearing a bag it could be how it is if you're stamina level 0

This was just racing through my mind and would make sense, only issue would be how many slots you would add for a bag? As a person can currently hold 50 and a car could hold 150 would you say like 85-100 slots including the bag or around that mark? Because if it was to be higher then you would be carrying what a car could carry in my opinion. Just so i can understand a little more and may help the Developers and Staff get a full vision of your suggestion.

That sounds fantastic and sounds like it wouldnt interfere to much with the storage of vehicles vs persons! Also seems more believable in RP also!
