Assuming it's mechanical if it makes a noise - some mechanical drives are just noisy, some are quieter.
But yeah you need to upload that video to youtube or something so we can hear it. How did the drive come packaged? Mechanical drives are very sensitive to kinetic shock if not packaged correctly for transport. Most disk manufacturers will also provide tools you can use to surface test + long test the drive for any logical errors.
But yeah, I have a few Western Digital mechanical drives in my home server and they're noisy as fuck.
