Right so I've had this issue for a while and I don't know how to solve it and I need help it proper taking the piss.
Basically when I walked into any building I get this static sound until I leave the building and the same thing happens when I go into a heli, but i cant go first person whilst flying and this has only happened since the 64bit update.
if anyone has any ideas that would really help me out
